commission info 

Ordering a Commission: 

• Commissions are ordered  via Kofi, Instagram DMs (@avercadoart), or by email (avercadoart@gmail.com).

• When ordering a commission, please provide as much detail on poses, references, clothing preferences, etc as you have. Providing a reference will help me follow your vision as closely as possible.

• All commissions are digital unless otherwise specified. 

• After it is finished, I will send you the sketch for approval. At this stage, you can let me know what you would like changed. After the sketch is approved, additional changes may increase the cost of commission. REVISIONS ARE LIMITED. 

• Commissions are paid for directly through kofi or via my paypal OR through the kofi donate feature, which can be found on my linktree (https://linktr.ee/avercadoart). I do not accept other methods of payment. 

Commission Terms:*

1. The amount agreed upon will be paid in full before the commission via paypal or kofi. Refunds will not be provided after sketch approval. I am very invested in portraying your character the way you see them, so if you aren’t happy, ALWAYS let me know! 

2. Commission delivery time is usually 1-4 weeks. For bigger projects, this may be longer. 

3. I reserve the right to reproduce and sell commissioned art of popular characters (i.e. Kokomi, Luke Skywalker, Yor Forger, etc.)

4. I will send the initial sketch to the client for review. The client will have two rounds of edits at this stage. Any desired changes should be voiced at this stage. After those initial two rounds of edits, any further changes (or any changes after the sketch stage) will be billed at an hourly rate of $15/hr.

5. The client acknowledges that commercial use of commissions will require a small extra fee.**

6. Commissions are for personal use only (unless terms for commercial use are made). The client may not reproduce, resell, or trace commissioned art. 

   1. The client MAY buy themselves prints of commissioned art for personal use (you can buy them through me or buy them yourself). Personal use just means you cannot sell it. 

   2. If you’d like for me to design your merch, I can! We can work out pricing together. The only caveat there is that I’d ask that you credit me somewhere in your shop :)

7. The client may not claim the work as their own. 

8. When reposting commissioned art, please tag me (@avercadoart).***

I will not draw:

• NSFW, hentai, or any explicit content. 

• Imagery that mocks/fetishizes ANY religion. 

• I generally only accept commissions of fictional characters and OCs, but I will draw self inserts! 

Pricing list***

• DM me for cost and ordering of more complex (i.e. multi character, complex background) commissions

Bust Up: 

$15  Line art only (with single color or gradient background)

$20 Line art + flat color

$30 - Full color

Waist Up:

$25 Line art only

$30 Line art + flat color

Full Body:

Complex backgrounds: (Varies- please ask me) (generally will start at $20 and the price goes up depending on complexity)

Add a character: +75% of base price for each additional character

Book Covers: I itemize book covers with the same criteria for normal commissions. Branding and design for titles and cover spread is included for a surcharge on top of the normal itemization. This surcharge depends on the complexity of your desired spread. Book covers will require a commercial use fee. 

Commercial use fee: 20% of total cost.
