• Rescheduling and Cancellations: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Refund Policy

• Tattoo and piercing services are non-refundable.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

5. Studio Policies

• Health and Safety: Avenue Tattoo adheres to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients.

• Design Approval: Clients must review and approve all tattoo designs before the session begins. Once the tattooing process starts, any changes will be subject to additional charges.

• Aftercare: Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your session. Following these instructions is crucial for proper healing. Avenue Tattoo is not responsible for complications arising from improper aftercare.

• No Outside Guests: For safety and comfort, we request that you do not bring additional guests to your session unless pre-approved by the studio.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website or services for unlawful purposes.

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

• Disrupt the operation of the studio or website.

• Record or photograph any part of the tattooing or piercing process without prior consent.
