This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our VPN service. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to our VPN mobile application and its related services.
2. What Information We Collect
Connection Data: When you connect to our VPN, we may temporarily process your IP address, selected server, connection status, connection duration, traffic speed, and traffic amount to establish and maintain the VPN tunnel. This data is used for VPN operation, connection visibility, traffic limit enforcement, and troubleshooting.
IP Location Data: The App may request approximate IP location information from third-party IP lookup services to display IP Location results, check supported regions, and help diagnose connection issues. The App may cache the last successful IP location locally on your device so the IP Location page can still show useful information when a network request fails.
Aggregated Anonymous Data: We may process non-identifiable data such as total connection time and total bandwidth used for service optimization and stability. This data is not intended to identify you personally.
Diagnostic Information: We may process crash reports, performance information, connection success or failure information, and error messages to improve stability and troubleshoot problems.
Advertising Information: If advertisements are shown in the App, third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and ad interaction data according to their own privacy policies.
Support Communications: If you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your inquiry.
We do NOT collect:
Your browsing history, DNS query content, or traffic content.
Logs of your online activities.
The content of websites or apps you use.
Your photos, contacts, messages, files, or local device content.
Any personal data unrelated to VPN operation without clear consent.
3. How We Use Information
VPN Connection: To establish and maintain a secure VPN connection between your device and the selected VPN server.
Service Optimization: To monitor connection performance, prevent abuse, enforce traffic limits, and improve network stability.
IP Location and Visibility: To show IP Location results, selected server information, connection status, traffic usage, and troubleshooting information.
Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and help resolve issues.
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, legal process, or enforceable government requests where required.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party infrastructure providers, IP lookup providers, advertising providers, and platform services that process information according to their own policies or on our behalf.
Advertising Partners: If ads are shown, advertising partners may process advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies.
Legal Requests: We may disclose information if required by law and only to the extent legally compelled.
5. Permissions We Request on Android
VPN Permission: Required to create a secure VPN tunnel and route device traffic through the selected VPN server.
Notifications: Used to keep the VPN foreground service visible and show connection status while the VPN is running.
Internet and Network State: Used to connect to VPN servers, check network availability, request IP location information, and provide app features.
Permissions are requested only when needed. Without VPN permission, the VPN service cannot function.
6. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Some information may be stored locally on your device, including VPN disclosure acceptance status, selected server, remaining connection time, connection duration, traffic usage statistics, and last successful IP location result.
Connection traffic content and browsing history are not stored by the App.
Locally stored data may be removed by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.
Diagnostic or advertising data may be retained by third-party providers according to their own retention policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers or by service providers located in countries different from your own. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed outside your country where permitted by applicable law.
10. Your Rights and Choices
You may refuse VPN permission, disconnect the VPN at any time, disable non-essential permissions such as notifications, clear App data, or uninstall the App.
Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information related to you by contacting us.
11. Links to Other Sites or Apps
If the App links to third-party websites or services, their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their content or data handling.
12. Google Play Data Safety Disclosure Summary
Data that may be processed includes IP address, approximate IP location, VPN connection status, selected server, connection duration, traffic usage statistics, diagnostic information, and advertising-related information when ads are shown.
Data is used to provide VPN functionality, show connection information, enforce limits, troubleshoot issues, improve stability, and provide advertising where applicable.
We do not collect browsing history, traffic content, contacts, photos, messages, or local files.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with an updated "Last Revised" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
