D51 Simulatorは、蒸気機関車の運転を題材にしたシミュレーターです。アプリ独自のアカウント登録は不要で、広告はありません。C62・C12拡張パックは任意の買い切りアプリ内購入です。購入と復元はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理し、商品と購入権利の情報は機能の利用可否の確認に使います。この情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。
D51 Simulatorアプリは、個人情報やプレイ内容を開発者へ収集・送信せず、他のアプリやWebサイトをまたいだ追跡を行いません。広告SDKや利用状況を送信する解析SDKは使用していません。位置情報、写真、連絡先、カメラ、マイクへのアクセスも求めません。
運転操作とシミュレーション結果はアプリ内で処理し、開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。初回案内などの設定は端末内に保存します。
アプリから開発者へ送信される個人情報はないため、開発者のサーバーに保存する個人情報や、そこから第三者へ提供する個人情報もありません。App Storeや端末の診断機能など、Appleが提供するサービスにはAppleのポリシーと利用者の設定が適用されます。

D51 Simulator is a steam locomotive driving simulator. It requires no app account and contains no ads. The optional C62 & C12 Expansion Pack is a one-time in-app purchase. Purchase and restoration use Apple StoreKit. Product and purchase-entitlement information is used to determine feature access and is not sent to a developer server.
The D51 Simulator app does not collect or transmit personal data or play activity to the developer, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. It uses no advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs that send usage data. It does not request access to your location, photos, contacts, camera, or microphone.
Driving controls and simulation results are processed within the app and are not sent to a developer server. Preferences, such as whether the first-run invitation has been seen, are stored on your device.
Because the app does not send personal data to the developer, no such data is retained on a developer server or shared from there with third parties. Apple services, including the App Store and device diagnostics, are subject to Apple's policies and your settings.
