·   The Department of Chemistry, AV College of Arts, Science & Commerce jointly organized Inter Collegiate Competitions From 30th Nov To 2nd Dec 2021on the occasion of National pollution day i.e., 2nd Dec, 2021 in collaboration with Kasturba Gandhi Women’s College and RBVRR Women’s College.

           The following Competitions will be organized.

           1. Power Point Presentations 30-11-2021 (1PM)

           (Theme: Environmental Pollution)

           2. Poster presentations 01-12-2021(1PM)

           (Theme: Innovative techniques in pollution controlling)

           3. Best out of waste 02-12-2021(1PM)

           (Theme: Prototypes)


·         The Department of Chemistry, A.V.College of Arts, Science and Commerce jointly organized

     Intercollegiate Quiz & PowerPoint competitions for UG & PG students in collaboration with 

     Department of Chemistry, S N V Vanitha Mahavidyalaya on 14th February, 2022 in commemoration 

     of 153 years of periodic Table.


CERTIFICATE COURSE

·         The Department of Chemistry of AV College of Arts, Science and Commerce and Kasturba Gandhi Degree and PG College for women organized a Skill-based  Certification Course, On "MAKEUP-ARTISTRY AND FASHION ILLUSTRATION" from 24-11-2021 to 04-12-2021.  In this course 183 students are participated, among that 60 students are participated from A.V. College.


FDP’S attended

 

Dr. A. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Ms. G. Sudha Rani, Asst. Professor, Dr. B. Anjaiah, attended 5-day National level FDP on “Personality Development & Communication Skills at Workplace” from 25th to 29th April 2022 organized by IQAC in association with ELT@I, Teaching Learning Centre & Department of English, A.V. College of Arts , Science & Commerce, Hyderabad, Telangana State.


Seminars attended

1) Dr. A. Jagan Mohan Reddy participated in National webinar on “Spectroscopy” – the Fascinating science of structure determination, Organized by the department of Chemistry, on 24th & 25th January 2022.

1) Dr. A. Jagan Mohan Reddy participated in two day International National seminar on “Current trends and futuristic challenges in Chemical sciences” Organized by the department of Chemistry, Osmania University, Hyderabad held on 29th & 30th July 2022.
