The Department of P.G. Computer Science  was started in the year 1991  currently offering 3 PG programs . Initially the  MCA program  was introduced with an annual intake of 60 students, later in the year 1998 M.Sc.(Computer Science) program  was introduced with an annual intake of 40 students and currently the M.Sc. (Data Science) program is introduced in the year 2024  with an annual intake of 40 students . 

The programs offered by the department enables the students  to develop logic and problem solving approach that will help the students to build their careers in the innovative field of computing and provide creative solutions for the benefit of society.
