* **Account Provisioning:** Accounts are created and provided by the School Administration. You may not create an unauthorized account or use another person's PIN/password to access the App.
* **Account Security:** You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (such as your PIN or password). You agree to notify the school administration immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

## 2. Acceptable Use Policy
When using the App, you agree to behave respectfully and responsibly. You agree **NOT** to:
* Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any school rules.
* Upload, post, or transmit any content (such as chat messages, complaints, or gallery uploads) that is offensive, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or obscene.
* Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code that could harm the App or its users.
* Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to other users' data, administrative features, or the App's underlying database (Firestore).
* Submit false information regarding attendance, homework, medical leaves, or fees.
*We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if you violate these rules.*

## 3. Educational Content and Intellectual Property
* **School Materials:** All study materials, lesson plans, e-library books, quizzes, and digital diary entries provided through the App are the intellectual property of Avasar Public School or its licensors.
* **Usage Rights:** You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials strictly for personal, educational purposes. You may not distribute, sell, or publish these materials outside the App without permission.
