Terms & Conditions

We do not shave off double coat breed unless recommended by vets or for medical reasons.

During the grooming session, if it is evident that your pet is non-groomable due to aggression or behavior etc. we will only charge for the services performed.

Services are provided on appointment basis only.

There will be no price deduction on usage of owner’s shampoo on request.

For best results multiple sessions maybe required.

Anal gland expression is a medical procedure done by professional veterinarians, we do not provide these services in our salon.
