Our mission at the Latino Education Institute (LEI) is to improve the academic achievement and well-being of Latino students (grades K-16) and their families from the City of Worcester. Each year, LEI hosts a variety of program and events that help Latino students and families gain valuable skills in college and career explorations.

For this event, LEI has partnered with faculty and industry professionals to host events for our students. These events and industry explorations will be packed with information about STEM careers. While at FLEXcon, participants will gain a deeper understanding of advanced manufacturing . For UMass Medical School, we will be touring labs and speaking to faculty and students about STEM and health sciences.
