The Project Manager is the final authority for the team.

He distributes tasks, manages schedules, and provides input for “employee evaluations” to the instructor, and is ultimately responsible for the actions of their team.

The Chief Scientist is responsible for research of the design solution.

He helps the team come up with ideas, conducts brainstorming sessions, and coordinates with the media team. He is the second in command.

The Systems Manager is responsible for creating the system architecture and selecting the parts to be used in the mechanism. She also works with the financial officers to locate quality parts at modest pricing, with the Chief Scientist to finalize the system architecture and with the various Directors.
