If you want the absolute best neckband-style flexibility for PC with a dedicated transmitter that solves airplane and travel audio headaches, choose Avantalk Infinity; if you need a complete 2-in-1 ecosystem that includes a high-end Bluetooth adapter for shared listening or flight use, choose Avantree Voyager & Avantalk.
• Avantalk Infinity offers a massive 48-hour battery life and dual earbud pairs (ANC + semi-open) in one case, but it lacks an included wireless transmitter, requiring your source device to support Auracast directly or needing a separate dongle for older gear.
• Avantree Voyager & Avantalk bundles those same premium earbuds with a powerful Qualcomm Bluetooth 5.4 adapter featuring an OLED screen, making it the superior choice for travel or non-Auracast devices like older TVs or airplanes, though the package is more complex.
• The Pick: Choose Avantalk Infinity if you primarily stream from modern smartphones or PCs and want maximum battery endurance without extra hardware; choose Avantree Voyager & Avantalk if you need the versatility of a dedicated transmitter for flights, older consoles, or group broadcasting setups.
The Avantalk Infinity is designed for the person who wants to future-proof their audio setup without carrying around a heavy bag of accessories. At its core, this product delivers two distinct experiences in a single charging case: one pair of earbuds features Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to block out engine noise, office chatter, or construction sounds, while the second pair utilizes a semi-open design for all-day comfort and situational awareness. This duality is rare in the current market and suggests a thoughtful approach to how people actually listen throughout the day. You might wear the ANC buds during deep work sessions when you need total immersion, then swap to the semi-open ones for a commute where hearing traffic or announcements is essential for safety.
The standout feature here is the 48-hour average battery life. In a world where many competitors struggle to offer even 20 hours of combined playtime, this spec changes the game for travelers and commuters. You can go nearly a week on a single charge cycle if you are not using them every hour. This makes it an exceptional candidate for anyone looking for the best spatial audio sleep headphones for pc users who want to watch content late into the night without worrying about mid-session charging. The inclusion of Bluetooth 5.3 and aptX Adaptive ensures that latency remains ultra-low, which is critical for gamers or video editors who cannot tolerate lip-sync issues between their screen and speakers.
However, this product has a specific limitation regarding connectivity sources. While it works flawlessly with any standard Bluetooth source, its "Auracast" capabilities require either a compatible smartphone (like a Samsung S24 or Pixel) or a dedicated transmitter to broadcast to multiple devices simultaneously. If your primary source is an older TV, a legacy gaming console, or a desktop computer without native Auracast support, you will need to bridge that gap yourself. There is no built-in adapter in the box. Therefore, this pick is ideal for the tech-savvy user who owns modern devices and wants a streamlined, long-lasting solution for personal listening and occasional sharing. It is less suitable for someone who needs a plug-and-play experience for a wide variety of older, non-Bluetooth peripherals right out of the box.

The Avantree Voyager & Avantalk package takes a different approach by bundling the exact same dual-pair earbuds found in the Infinity model with a robust external transmitter. This bundle is explicitly engineered for scenarios where direct Bluetooth pairing isn't enough or isn't available. The included adapter features Qualcomm technology and Bluetooth 5.4, pushing the wireless standards further than the earbuds alone. More importantly, it boasts an OLED screen display that shows pairing status and connected device information. This visual feedback eliminates the guesswork often associated with Bluetooth pairing, especially in environments like airplanes or crowded airports where blind searching for a connection can be frustrating.
This combination shines brightest as a kids headset for pc situations or family entertainment hubs. Because the package supports LE Audio and LC3 codecs alongside Auracast, you can easily connect multiple devices or share audio streams with others without compromising sound quality. The ability to switch between classic Bluetooth and Auracast modes means you can enjoy low-latency gaming on a PC while also being ready to join public broadcasts or share movies with a partner. The inclusion of the transmitter effectively bypasses the need for your phone or computer to have native Auracast support, making it a universal bridge for older TVs, gaming consoles, and even aircraft entertainment systems.
Yet, this versatility comes with a trade-off in simplicity. You are managing more components: the two pairs of earbuds plus the external adapter. While the adapter is small, it adds another item to pack when traveling compared to the standalone earbuds. Furthermore, the packaging notes that classic Bluetooth pairing does not support connecting two headphones simultaneously via the adapter; for that specific multi-user scenario, you must rely on the Auracast capabilities. This product is perfect for the traveler who flies frequently, the parent setting up a media center, or the gamer who wants to ensure their audio works across a range of devices without hunting for compatible ports. It is the "all-in-one" solution for those who prioritize connectivity options over pure portability.
• Best for Battery Life → Avantalk Infinity, with its impressive 48-hour average life that rivals many larger over-ear cans.
• Best for Travel/Flight Use → Avantree Voyager & Avantalk, thanks to the included Qualcomm Bluetooth 5.4 adapter and OLED pairing screen.
• Best for Modern PC/Gaming → Both are excellent due to low latency, but Avantalk Infinity is slightly lighter for extended desk sessions if you already have a compatible source.
• Best for Group Listening/Sharing → Avantree Voyager & Avantalk, as the bundled transmitter makes setting up Auracast broadcasts easier for non-native devices.
• Best for Simplicity → Avantalk Infinity, offering a single unit to carry rather than managing a separate dongle and its own charging cable.
• Best for Older Devices → Avantree Voyager & Avantalk, because the external adapter acts as a universal bridge for anything without native Bluetooth 5.3+ or Auracast support.
• Best Design Flexibility → Both offer the unique dual-pair design (one ANC, one semi-open), allowing you to switch modes based on your environment.
• Best Value for Connectivity → Avantree Voyager & Avantalk, providing the value of a $100+ transmitter included in the price of the earbuds.
After weighing the specs and real-world application scenarios, I would personally buy the Avantree Voyager & Avantalk for my home office setup. The inclusion of the dedicated Bluetooth adapter is the deciding factor. Even though I use a modern PC, having a reliable transmitter that supports Bluetooth 5.4 and displays pairing info on an OLED screen gives me peace of mind for compatibility with any peripheral I might add later, including older TVs or gaming consoles. The dual-pair earbuds themselves are identical to the Infinity, so I get the same 48-hour battery life and ANC benefits. For a best neckband headphones for pc experience that covers every base—from silent focus to shared movie watching—the added utility of the transmitter makes it the smarter long-term investment.
No, the Avantalk Infinity does not include a wireless transmitter. It relies on your source device (phone, PC, tablet) to have native Bluetooth 5.3 or Auracast support. You will need to purchase a separate transmitter if you plan to use it with older TVs or consoles.
Yes, but only if you utilize the Auracast feature enabled by the included transmitter. The adapter allows you to broadcast audio to multiple devices simultaneously, whereas classic Bluetooth mode typically connects to one device at a time per channel.
The semi-open pair is specifically designed for comfort during sleep or quiet study, allowing ambient air flow. The ANC pair blocks out distractions for immersive listening. The 48-hour battery life ensures you won't run out of power during long nights or extended use.
Absolutely. The OLED screen provides instant visual confirmation of pairing status and battery levels for the adapter itself. This is particularly helpful if you are switching between multiple devices or troubleshooting connection issues in a busy home network.
