Welcome to Drama-ing!

Before you register as a Drama-ing user, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the entire content of this Agreement, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, applicable law and dispute resolution. Once you register, log in, use or use the Drama-ing service in any way, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to the constraints of this Agreement.

I. Scope of the Agreement

1.1 This Agreement is an agreement between you and the Drama-ing operator (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Drama-ing") regarding your use of the Drama-ing service.

1.2 Drama-ing service refers to the related services provided by Drama-ing to users, including but not limited to watching short dramas, commenting, liking, etc.

1.3 The content of this Agreement also includes the relevant agreements, business rules and other content about this service that Drama-ing may continuously release. Once the above content is officially released, it will be an integral part of this Agreement and you should also comply with it.

II. User Registration and Account

2.1 You must be at least 12 years old to register and use this program. Before you start the registration process to use the Drama-ing service, you should have the civil capacity for conduct that is appropriate to your behavior as required by Singapore law. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity for conduct that is appropriate to your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences resulting therefrom in accordance with the law.

2.2 After your successful registration, Drama-ing will open an account for you, and you can use the Drama-ing service through this account.

2.3 You should keep your account and password properly and use them correctly and safely. You agree not to disclose your account and password information to others under any circumstances. You shall bear the responsibility for any theft of your account or password due to your improper custody.

2.4 You promise not to actively inform a third party of your account or provide it to a third party for use. If this causes losses to Drama-ing or a third party, you shall bear all the responsibilities.

2.5 If you find that anyone is using your account improperly or there are any other situations that may endanger the security of your account, you should immediately notify Drama-ing in an effective manner and ask Drama-ing to suspend the relevant services. You understand that it takes a reasonable time for Drama-ing to take action on your request, and Drama-ing is not responsible for the consequences that have occurred before taking action (including but not limited to any of your losses).

III. User Code of Conduct

3.1 When using the Drama-ing service, you must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of Singapore. You agree not to use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:

* Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, and insults, defamation, obscenity, and violence;

* Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on others' reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legal rights;

* Perform any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public computer networks or other people's computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, and adding storage information; attempting to explore, scan, and test the weaknesses of this "software" system or network without permission, or other acts that undermine network security; attempting to interfere with or undermine the normal operation of this "software" system or website, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other acts that undermine and interfere with normal network information services; forging TCP/IP data packet names or partial names;

* Conduct any behavior that undermines the fairness of Drama-ing services or affects the normal order of the application, such as actively or passively brushing points, cheating in partnership, using plug-ins or other cheating software, using BUGs (also known as "loopholes" or "defects") to obtain improper benefits, or using the Internet or other means to make plug-ins, cheating software, and BUGs public;

* Engage in any behavior that violates the rules of the Drama-ing platform.

3.2 You understand and agree that Drama-ing has the right to review and supervise your use of Drama-ing services. If Drama-ing believes that you have violated the provisions of this Agreement based on its own judgment, Drama-ing has the right to delete the relevant content and, based on the nature of your behavior, take measures including but not limited to restricting, suspending, terminating your use of all or part of the functions of the Drama-ing service, and pursuing legal liability.

IV. Intellectual Property

4.1 The intellectual property rights of the content provided by Drama-ing in this service (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, pictures, images, audio, video, charts, layout design, electronic documents, etc.) belong to Drama-ing.

4.2 Without the written consent of Drama-ing, you may not use any content of Drama-ing for any commercial or non-commercial purpose by yourself or any third party.

V. Disclaimer

5.1 Drama-ing services are provided in accordance with the status quo of existing technology and conditions. Drama-ing will do its best to provide you with services and ensure the continuity and security of the services; however, Drama-ing cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions and other reasons that may cause service interruptions, data loss and other losses and risks.

5.2 You understand and agree that Drama-ing services are provided in accordance with the status quo of existing technology and conditions. Drama-ing cannot guarantee that the services provided are flawless, but Drama-ing promises to continuously improve the quality and level of services. Therefore, you agree that even if there are defects in the services provided by Drama-ing, the above defects are unavoidable due to the technical level of the industry at that time, and they will not be regarded as a breach of contract by Drama-ing. You agree to work with Drama-ing to solve the above defects.

5.3 To the extent permitted by law, Drama-ing shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:

* Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs, hacker attacks;

* Failure of the computer software, system, hardware and communication lines of the user or Drama-ing;

* Improper operation by the user;

* The user uses the service in a manner not authorized by Drama-ing;

* Other circumstances that Drama-ing cannot control or reasonably foresee.

VI. Modification of the Agreement

6.1 Drama-ing has the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time according to the needs of business development and publish the modified agreement on the Drama-ing platform without separate notice to you.

6.2 You are responsible for checking this Agreement for changes regularly. If you do not agree with the changes made by Drama-ing to this Agreement, you should immediately stop using the Drama-ing service. If you continue to use the Drama-ing service, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes made by Drama-ing to this Agreement.

VII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be subject to Singapore law.

7.2 If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a Singapore court with jurisdiction over the location of Drama-ing.

VIII. Others

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Drama-ing on the matters covered by this Agreement and supersedes any previous oral or written agreement or understanding between you and Drama-ing on the matters covered by this Agreement.

8.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of other provisions.

8.3 Drama-ing's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the aforementioned rights or provisions.

8.4 You may not transfer the rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party.
