AVABet (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an Android application developed by AvaNova. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, stored, and protected when you use the App.
This Policy covers the App itself, including local app features, third-party SDKs integrated into the App, attribution and analytics technologies, and web content that may be opened inside the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App may collect or process the following categories of information:
Device or other identifiers:
- Android Advertising ID
- AppsFlyer ID
- Meta/Facebook identifiers where available
- Device or app instance identifiers
- Package name, app version, install source, and technical identifiers
App activity:
- App launches
- App interactions
- Deep link or referral parameters
- Attribution events
- Other in-app actions used for analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, and performance measurement
Approximate location:
- Approximate location may be inferred from network data, IP address, device settings, advertising or attribution services, or third-party SDK processing.
- The App does not request Android precise location permission.
App information and performance:
- Diagnostic information
- SDK logs
- Performance and technical signals
- Error or reliability information used to improve stability and attribution accuracy
Information you provide locally:
If the App includes local finance or budget features, you may manually enter information such as wallets, balances, transactions, categories, budgets, goals, notes, selected currency, and app settings. This locally entered information is used to provide app functionality and is stored on your device unless you choose to export, share, or otherwise transmit it.
WebView and external web content:
The App may open web content inside an in-app browser or WebView. Web pages displayed inside the App may collect information according to their own privacy practices, including cookies, session data, page interactions, device information, account information, uploaded files, or other information you provide on those pages.
2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect Through Native App Permissions
The native Android app does not request access to:
- Precise GPS location
- Contacts
- Calendar
- SMS or MMS messages
- Phone call logs
- Microphone
- Bluetooth
The App may allow file selection or camera capture only when web content requests a file upload through the Android system file chooser. If you choose to upload a file, photo, or document to a website opened in the App, that upload is handled by the relevant website or service.
3. Advertising ID and Attribution
The App uses the Android Advertising ID and related identifiers for:
- Analytics
- Advertising attribution
- Measuring advertising performance
- Install attribution
- Deep link attribution
- Fraud prevention, security, and compliance
The App uses third-party SDKs including:
- AppsFlyer
- Meta/Facebook SDK
These SDKs may collect and process device identifiers, Advertising ID, install information, referral information, app activity, approximate location, diagnostics, and related technical information.
This data may be collected by the App and shared with third-party service providers for analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, and fraud prevention.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
App functionality:
- Operating app features
- Opening links or web content
- Supporting file export or file upload features where available
- Saving local app preferences
- Providing local finance, budget, or tracking features where available
Analytics:
- Understanding app launches and interactions
- Measuring usage and performance
- Diagnosing technical issues
- Improving reliability and user experience
Advertising or marketing:
- Measuring advertising campaign performance
- Attributing installs or app opens to campaigns
- Supporting deep links and referral links
- Measuring effectiveness of marketing partners
Fraud prevention, security, and compliance:
- Detecting suspicious installs or traffic
- Preventing attribution fraud
- Maintaining security and reliability
- Complying with applicable platform, legal, and policy requirements
Account management:
If web content opened inside the App allows you to create or access an account, account-related data may be processed by that web service according to its own privacy policy.
5. Data Sharing
We may share or allow third-party SDKs to receive certain information with:
AppsFlyer:
Used for mobile attribution, analytics, campaign measurement, deep link attribution, and fraud prevention.
Meta/Facebook:
Used for App Events, advertising attribution, campaign measurement, install referrer support, and related analytics.
Web services opened in the App:
If the App opens web content in a WebView, information you provide or generate on that website may be collected by the website operator and its service providers.
Android system and selected apps:
If you export, share, upload, or open files using Android system features, the receiving app or service handles that information according to its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. However, Google Play may consider some transfers to third-party SDKs or advertising partners as “sharing” for Data Safety disclosure purposes.
6. Local Finance Data
If you use local finance or budget features, the information you manually enter is primarily stored locally on your device and used to provide those features.
This may include:
- Wallet names and balances
- Income and expense transactions
- Transaction categories
- Budgets
- Savings goals
- Notes entered by you
- Selected currency
- Local app settings
We do not use your manually entered finance data for advertising profiling. If you choose to export or share local finance data, the receiving app or service will process it according to its own privacy practices.
7. Exported Files and User-Initiated Sharing
The App may allow you to generate, save, export, or share files such as CSV or PDF reports.
Exported files may contain information you entered into the App. You are responsible for choosing where to save or share exported files. Once exported or shared outside the App, those files are controlled by the destination app, service, or storage provider.
8. WebView, Cookies, and Third-Party Web Content
The App may open third-party or remote web content inside an in-app browser. Such content may use:
- Cookies
- Local storage
- Session identifiers
- Analytics scripts
- Advertising or measurement scripts
- Account login systems
- Payment or file upload features
We do not control every third-party script, cookie, or service used by websites opened inside the App. You should review the privacy policy of any website or service you access through the App.
9. Permissions
The App may use the following Android permissions:
Internet:
Used to connect to remote services, SDK services, attribution endpoints, and web content.
Network state:
Used to determine network availability and support SDK/network functionality.
Advertising ID:
Used for analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, and fraud prevention.
File provider / file chooser:
Used when you choose to export, share, upload, or capture files through app or web features.
The App does not request Bluetooth permission.
10. Data Retention
Local app data:
Information stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it, clear app data, uninstall the App, or use available in-app deletion features.
SDK and attribution data:
AppsFlyer, Meta/Facebook, and other third-party services may retain data according to their own retention policies.
Web content data:
Websites opened inside the App may retain information according to their own privacy policies.
Support emails:
If you contact us, we may retain your message and email address as long as necessary to respond and maintain support records.
11. Data Deletion
You may delete local app data by:
- Deleting records inside the App where available
- Clearing app data in Android settings
- Uninstalling the App
- Deleting exported files from where you saved them
For data processed by third-party services such as AppsFlyer, Meta/Facebook, or websites opened in the App, deletion requests may also need to be submitted directly to those services or through the mechanisms they provide.

12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. Data transmitted by third-party SDKs and web services is generally sent over encrypted connections such as HTTPS.
However, no method of transmission, storage, device protection, or software operation can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, screen lock, backups, exported files, and accounts used in web content.
13. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
14. Third-Party Services
The App may use or interact with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- AppsFlyer
- Meta/Facebook
- Google Play services
- Android system services
- Websites or web services opened inside the App
- Apps selected by you through Android sharing or file selection
These third parties process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
15. Your Choices
You may:
- Limit or reset your Android Advertising ID in device settings
- Manage app permissions in Android settings
- Clear local app data
- Uninstall the App
- Choose not to upload files or provide information in web content
- Delete exported files from your device or storage provider
- Contact us with privacy questions or deletion requests
Some analytics, attribution, security, and fraud-prevention data collection may be required for the App and SDKs to operate and may not be fully disabled inside the App.
16. International Data Transfers
Third-party SDKs and services may process information on servers located outside your country or region. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, third-party SDKs, legal requirements, or our privacy practices.
If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
