타임스탬프 카메라 — 개인정보 처리방침

타임스탬프 카메라(이하 "본 앱")는 사진에 촬영 시각과 위치를 새기는 도구입니다. 본 앱은 계정이나 로그인 기능이 없으며, 사용자가 만든 사진과 기록은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
1. 본 앱이 수집하지 않는 정보
본 앱은 다음 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
· 이메일, 이름, 전화번호, 주소 등 개인을 식별하는 정보
· 연락처, 마이크, 통화 기록 등 앱 기능과 무관한 정보
· 사용자가 촬영하거나 선택한 사진 자체
· 사진에 새겨지는 좌표, 주소, 메모
사진과 위치 기록은 외부 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 사용자가 직접 공유 기능을 사용할 때만 사용자가 선택한 상대에게 전달됩니다.
2. 카메라와 사진
· 카메라: 앱 안에서 직접 카메라를 사용하여 촬영합니다. 이를 위해 카메라 권한이 필요합니다.
· 앨범 접근: 사용자가 앨범에서 고른 사진에만 접근합니다. 앨범 전체를 읽거나 목록을 수집하지 않습니다.
· 저장: 촬영 결과와 스탬프가 합성된 사진은 기기의 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. 사용자가 "내려받기"를 누르거나 "합성 사진 자동 저장" 옵션을 켠 경우에만 기기의 사진 보관함에도 저장됩니다.
3. 위치 정보 (선택)
스탬프 설정에서 GPS·주소·고도·방위 항목을 켠 경우에만 위치를 사용합니다.
· 사용 목적: 촬영 시점의 좌표와 주소를 사진에 새기고, 앱 내부 기록에 함께 저장하기 위함입니다.
· 주소 변환: 좌표를 주소 문자열로 바꾸기 위해 운영체제가 제공하는 지오코딩 기능을 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 좌표가 운영체제 제공사(Apple 또는 Google)의 서버로 전달될 수 있습니다. 본 앱은 이 좌표를 자체 서버에 저장하거나 다른 곳에 전송하지 않습니다.
· 방위: 기기의 나침반 센서를 사용하며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
· 거부 방법: 스탬프 설정에서 해당 항목을 끄거나, 기기 설정에서 위치 권한을 차단하면 됩니다.
4. 기기에 저장되는 데이터
다음 데이터는 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
· 스탬프가 합성된 사진 파일 — 앱 전용 사진 폴더
· 사진 메타데이터(촬영 일시, 좌표, 주소, 메모) — 앱 내부 데이터베이스
· 만들어진 PDF 작업 보고서 — 앱 전용 보고서 폴더
· 스탬프 설정, 언어, 테마, 자동 저장 여부 등 앱 설정값
위 데이터는 앱을 삭제하거나 설정의 "데이터 일괄삭제"를 실행하면 즉시 삭제됩니다.
5. 사용 통계 분석 (Firebase Analytics)
서비스 개선을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics로 익명의 사용 통계를 수집합니다.
· 수집하는 것: 앱 실행과 세션 정보, 주요 기능의 사용 횟수(촬영, 스탬프 적용, 일괄 처리, 보고서 만들기), 기기 종류와 운영체제 버전
· 수집하지 않는 것: 촬영한 사진, 좌표, 주소, 메모 등 사진과 관련된 어떤 내용도 전송되지 않습니다. 기능이 몇 번 사용되었는지만 기록합니다.
· 목적: 어떤 기능이 실제로 쓰이는지 파악해 개선 방향을 정하기 위함이며, 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.
6. 광고
본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 사용합니다.
· 배너 광고: 화면 하단에 표시됩니다.
· 보상형 광고: 앨범 사진 일괄 스탬프, PDF 보고서 내보내기, 일부 스탬프 스타일 사용 시 사용자가 원할 때만 재생됩니다.
· 광고 SDK가 처리할 수 있는 정보: 광고 식별자, IP 주소, 기기 모델과 운영체제 버전, 광고 노출 및 클릭 기록
동의 처리
· EU·영국 등 해당 지역에서는 첫 실행 시 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP) 동의 창이 표시됩니다. 설정 → 광고 개인정보 동의에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
· iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청합니다. 허용하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 사용할 수 있으며, 맞춤형이 아닌 광고가 표시됩니다.
광고 식별자 재설정
· iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적
· Android: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고
7. 네트워크 사용
본 앱은 다음의 경우에만 네트워크를 사용합니다.
· 광고를 불러오고 광고 동의를 처리할 때
· 좌표를 주소로 변환할 때(운영체제 지오코딩 기능)
· 익명 사용 통계를 전송할 때
· 사용자가 문의하기를 눌러 메일 앱을 열 때(메일 발송은 사용자의 메일 앱이 수행)
위 경우를 제외하고 사진, 위치, 설정 데이터를 네트워크로 전송하지 않습니다.
8. 제3자 처리 위탁
· Google LLC (AdMob) — 광고 송출, 광고 효과 측정, 부정 클릭 방지 / Google 정책에 따라 보관
· Google LLC (Firebase Analytics) — 익명 사용 통계 집계 / Google 정책에 따라 보관

위 외에는 어떠한 정보도 제3자에게 제공하거나 위탁하지 않습니다.
9. 사용자의 권리
· 열람: 갤러리와 사진 상세 화면에서 직접 확인
· 삭제: 개별 사진 삭제, 또는 설정 → 데이터 일괄삭제
· 위치 수집 거부: 스탬프 설정에서 위치 항목 끄기, 또는 기기 권한 차단
· 광고 동의 변경: 설정 → 광고 개인정보 동의
· 추적 거부: 기기 설정에서 앱 추적 권한 해제
10. 아동 개인정보 보호
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK의 아동 대상 설정은 사용하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동을 겨냥한 광고를 송출하지 않습니다.
11. 정책 변경
정책이 변경되면 앱 업데이트와 함께 본 문서에 반영하며, 시행일로 변경 시점을 확인할 수 있습니다.

Timestamp Camera — Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026
Timestamp Camera ("the App") is a tool that stamps the time and place onto your photos. The App has no account or sign-in, and everything you create stays on your device.
1. What the App does not collect
· Identifying information such as email, name, phone number, or address
· Data unrelated to the App's features, such as contacts, microphone, or call history
· The photos you take or select
· The coordinates, addresses, or notes stamped onto your photos
Photos and location records are never uploaded to our servers. They leave your device only when you deliberately share them.
2. Camera and photos
· Camera: Photos are taken inside the App, which requires camera permission.
· Photo library: The App accesses only the photos you pick. It does not scan or index your library.
· Saving: Captured and stamped photos are kept in the App's private storage. They are copied to your phone's photo library only when you tap Download or turn on "Auto-save stamped photos".
3. Location (optional)
Location is used only when GPS, address, altitude, or bearing is enabled in Stamp Settings.
· Purpose: To stamp the coordinates and address onto the photo and store them with the photo record.
· Address lookup: To turn coordinates into an address, the App uses the operating system's geocoding service. During this the coordinates may be sent to the OS provider (Apple or Google). The App does not store or transmit these coordinates anywhere else.
· Bearing: Read from the device compass sensor and never transmitted.
· Opting out: Turn the item off in Stamp Settings, or revoke location permission in your device settings.
4. Data stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device and never transmitted.
· Stamped photo files — the App's private photo folder
· Photo metadata (capture time, coordinates, address, notes) — the App's local database
· Generated PDF work reports — the App's private reports folder
· App settings such as stamp options, language, theme, and auto-save
All of it is removed when you uninstall the App or use Settings → Delete All Data.
5. Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics for product improvement.
· Collected: app launches and sessions, how often key features are used (capture, stamp, batch processing, report creation), device model and OS version
· Not collected: none of your photos, coordinates, addresses, or notes are transmitted. Only counts of feature usage are recorded.
· Purpose: to understand which features are actually used. It does not identify individuals.
6. Advertising
The App shows Google AdMob ads.
· Banner ads at the bottom of the screen.
· Rewarded ads, played only when you choose to, for batch stamping, PDF report export, and unlocking some stamp styles.
· The ad SDK may process: advertising identifier, IP address, device model and OS version, ad impression and click events.
Consent
· In the EU, UK and other applicable regions, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form appears on first launch. You can change it anytime via Settings → Ad Privacy Consent.
· On iOS the App requests App Tracking Transparency permission. You can decline and still use every feature; ads will simply be non-personalised.
Resetting your advertising identifier
· iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
· Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads
7. Network use
The App uses the network only to:
· load ads and handle ad consent
· convert coordinates into an address via the OS geocoding service
· send anonymous usage statistics
· open your mail app when you tap Contact (your mail app sends the message, not the App)
Apart from these, no photo, location, or settings data is transmitted.
8. Third-party processing
· Google LLC (AdMob) — ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention / retained per Google policy
· Google LLC (Firebase Analytics) — anonymous usage statistics / retained per Google policy

No other party receives your data.
9. Your rights
· View: browse your photos in the Gallery and detail screens
· Delete: remove individual photos, or use Settings → Delete All Data
· Refuse location: turn location items off in Stamp Settings, or revoke the permission
· Change ad consent: Settings → Ad Privacy Consent
· Opt out of tracking: revoke app tracking permission in your device settings
10. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 14. Child-directed ad settings are not used, and we do not knowingly serve ads aimed at children.
11. Changes to this policy
Changes are shipped with app updates and reflected in this document. The effective date shows the latest revision.
