# 개인정보 보호정책

타임스탬프 카메라 앱(이하 "본 앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 본 정책을
다음과 같이 운영합니다.

## 1. 본 앱이 직접 수집하는 정보
본 앱은 회원·계정 기능이 없으며, 다음 항목을 **직접 수집하지 않습니다**.
- 이메일, 이름, 전화번호, 주소 등 식별 정보
- 연락처, 마이크 등 본 앱의 기능과 무관한 단말기 권한이 필요한 정보
광고 송출을 위해 Google AdMob 이 자동으로 단말기 식별자(IP, 광고 ID 등)를 처리할 수 있으며,
이에 대한 자세한 내용은 본 정책의 "6. 광고" 항목을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

## 2. 카메라 / 사진
본 앱은 시스템 카메라 인텐트를 호출하여 촬영된 사진과, 갤러리에서 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진을
**기기 내부 앱 전용 저장 영역** 에 저장합니다. 모든 사진은 외부 서버로 전송되지 않으며 오직
사용자 본인의 단말기에서만 보관됩니다.
- 시스템 카메라 인텐트 사용 (CAMERA 권한 직접 요청 없음)
- 사진 읽기는 Android 13 이상에서 `READ_MEDIA_IMAGES`, 그 이하에서 `READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`
- 저장된 사진은 앱 삭제 또는 설정 → 데이터 일괄삭제 시 즉시 영구 삭제

## 3. 위치 정보 (선택)
스탬프 설정에서 "위치 표시" 옵션이 **켜져 있을 때에만** 위도/경도와 역지오코딩된 주소를 수집합니다.
수집된 위치 정보는 다음 두 곳에만 사용됩니다.

위치 정보는 본 앱이 외부 서버로 전송하지 않으며, 사용자는 언제든 스탬프 설정에서 위치 옵션을
끄거나, 단말기 설정 → 권한에서 위치 권한 자체를 차단할 수 있습니다.

## 4. 단말기 내부 저장 데이터
사용자가 앱 내에서 직접 생성·설정한 다음 정보는 **사용자 본인의 단말기 내부 저장소** 에만
저장되며, 본 앱이 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

위 데이터는 **앱 삭제 또는 설정의 "데이터 일괄삭제" 기능 실행 시 즉시 영구 삭제**됩니다.

## 5. 네트워크 통신
본 앱은 다음 두 가지 경우에만 네트워크를 사용합니다.
1. **광고 송출** — Google AdMob 광고 표시 및 광고 동의(UMP) 처리.
2. **문의하기** — 사용자가 메뉴를 통해 메일 앱을 호출하는 경우(앱은 단순히 메일 앱을 띄우기만
하며, 이메일 서비스와의 통신은 사용자의 메일 앱이 수행).
위 1번 외에는 사용자의 사진·위치·설정 데이터를 네트워크로 전송하지 않습니다.

## 6. 광고
화면 하단에 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 송출 과정에서 Google AdMob SDK 가
다음 정보를 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 ID (Android Advertising ID / AAID)
- IP 주소, 단말기 모델·OS 버전 등 일반적인 단말기 정보
- 광고 노출·클릭 이벤트
### 6-1. 동의(UMP) 처리
EU/EEA/UK 등 GDPR 적용 지역 사용자에게는 앱 첫 실행 시 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)
다이얼로그를 통해 광고 개인정보 동의를 받습니다. 사용자는 언제든 **설정 → 광고 개인정보 동의**
메뉴에서 동의를 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 그 외 비-규제 지역 사용자에게는 별도의 동의
다이얼로그가 표시되지 않으며, Google 의 기본 광고 정책에 따라 송출됩니다.
### 6-2. 광고 ID 재설정
사용자는 단말기 설정에서 광고 ID 를 직접 재설정하거나 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
- Android: **설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고** (또는 Google 설정 → 광고)

## 7. 제3자 제공 / 처리 위탁
본 앱은 광고 송출에 한해 다음 사업자에게 정보 처리를 위탁합니다.

광고 송출 외에는 사용자의 어떠한 정보도 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리 위탁하지 않습니다.

## 8. 사용자의 권리
사용자는 다음의 방법으로 본 앱이 단말기에 저장한 데이터에 대한 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- **열람**: 갤러리 / 상세보기 화면에서 직접 확인
- **삭제**: 개별 사진 삭제, 또는 설정 → 데이터 일괄삭제
- **위치 수집 거부**: 스탬프 설정 → 위치 표시 OFF, 또는 단말 권한 차단
- **광고 동의 변경**: 설정 → 광고 개인정보 동의 (해당 지역 사용자)

## 9. 아동 개인정보 보호
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 특정하여 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK 의
TagForChildDirectedTreatment / TagForUnderAgeOfConsent 옵션은 모두 false 로 설정되어 있으며,
의도적으로 아동을 대상으로 한 광고는 송출하지 않습니다.

본 정책의 내용이 변경될 경우 앱 업데이트와 함께 본 화면에 변경 사항을 반영합니다.

# Privacy Policy (English)
**Effective date: May 28, 2026**
This policy describes how the Timestamp Camera app ("the App") protects your personal information.
## 1. Data the App directly collects
The App has **no account or sign-up function** and does **not** directly collect:
- Identifying information such as email, name, phone number, or address
- Permissions unrelated to the App's features (contacts, microphone, etc.)
For ad delivery, Google AdMob may automatically process device identifiers (IP, advertising ID, etc.) —
see section 6 ("Advertising") below.
## 2. Camera / Photo
The App invokes the system camera intent and stores captured photos (plus any user-selected photos
from the gallery) inside the **App's private storage area** on the device. All photos remain on your
device and are never uploaded to any external server.
- Uses system camera intent (no direct CAMERA permission requested)
- Photo reading uses `READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` on Android 13+ / `READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE` below
- Photos are erased immediately upon uninstall or via Settings → Delete All Data
## 3. Location (optional)
When you turn on "Show location" in Stamp Settings, the App collects latitude/longitude and a
reverse-geocoded address. Location is used **only** for:

Location data is never transmitted by the App. You can turn off location at any time in Stamp
Settings, or revoke the permission entirely from your device settings.
## 4. On-device data
Data you create or configure inside the App is stored **only on your device**:

All of the above is permanently deleted on uninstall or via Settings → Delete All Data.
## 5. Network communication
The App uses the network only for:
1. **Ad delivery** — Google AdMob and UMP consent dialog.
2. **Contact us** — opening the user's mail app via mailto: (the App itself does not send mail).
Outside of (1), the App does **not** transmit your photo, location, or settings data over the network.
## 6. Advertising
A Google AdMob banner ad is displayed at the bottom of the screen. During ad delivery the AdMob SDK
may automatically process:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / AAID)
- IP address, device model, OS version
- Ad impression / click events
### 6-1. Consent (UMP)
For users in GDPR regions (EU / EEA / UK), the App displays Google's UMP consent dialog on first
launch. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via **Settings → Ad Privacy Consent**.
Outside GDPR regions no consent dialog is shown and ads are delivered per Google's default policy.
### 6-2. Resetting your Advertising ID
You can reset or disable your advertising ID directly from device settings.
- Android: **Settings → Privacy → Ads** (or Google settings → Ads)
## 7. Third-party processing
For ad delivery only, the App entrusts the following:

The App does not share your data with any other third party.
## 8. Your rights
- **View**: Browse your photos directly in the Gallery / detail view
- **Delete**: Delete individual photos, or use Settings → Delete All Data
- **Refuse location**: Stamp Settings → Show location OFF, or revoke location permission
- **Change ad consent**: Settings → Ad Privacy Consent (applicable regions)
## 9. Children's privacy
The App does not specifically target users under the age of 14. Both
`TagForChildDirectedTreatment` and `TagForUnderAgeOfConsent` are set to false in the ad SDK, and we
do not knowingly serve ads directed at children.
## 10. Policy changes
When this policy changes, the updated version is shipped with the app update and reflected here.
The effective date marks the most recent revision.
