Try to get the green circles to fit into the guides by changing your voice.

Q. The green circles aren't moving at all. What's wrong?

A. The most common issue is that the app doesn't have permission to use the microphone. Ensure you've granted microphone access when you start the app. If the circles still aren't moving, another app, like a screen recorder, might be using the microphone in the background. Close any other apps, and it should work fine.

Q. The movement of the circles seems random. How can I fix this?

A. Start by moving your phone further away, like placing it on a stand or table. If the device is too close, it might have difficulty processing your voice accurately. If that doesn’t solve the issue, remove any background music, especially if it has vocals. You might also try singing in a quiet room, as the app can pick up distant voices, which might cause interference.
