1. •Pre-work comprehensive check will be done to ensure AC system is functioning properly.

2. •A thorough protective plastic covering will be fixed to provide protection for your furnishings and equipment.

3. •All supply and return grills/vents/diffusers will be carefully removed from each air vent.

4. •Wash and clean all vents/grills/diffusers before re-installation to ensure maximum cleanliness 

5. •Mechanical contact cleaning of Supply and Return Air Duct System using rotating contact brush coupled with 3 Level HEPA filter system and negative air vacuum machine

6. •To ensure the air duct cleaning process goes flawlessly, the ducting will be sanitized, and deodorized with a thorough chemical fogging application of a Dubai Municipality (DM) approved sanitizer and deodorizer. 

7. •Cleaning of Filters and flushing of drain tray, drain line, fan motor and blades

8. •Cleaning and disinfection of evaporator and condenser coil with EPA approved chemical

9. •Re-installation and sealing with silicon of all cleaned vents/grills/diffusers as required

10. •Post work clean up and round-up of materials, equipment and small debris.

11. •After Job Completion report to be submitted with before and after pictures of work
