WHO AM I?

My name is Auvreus, a project manager for roughly about 2-3 years now. I'm 16 years old and I'm from the United Kingdom (yes I drink tea). I'm a passionate project manager for hire, below are the skills which I find relevant to the position:

Auvreus' Project Management Services Terms

1. No refunds/chargebacks, once you have sent the payment it is finalised. If you have an issue with the product that I deliver I can do it again or change some stuff to your liking however I will NOT give any refunds unless I say otherwise. ALL PAYMENTS ARE UPFRONT. Attempting to file a dispute on any PayPal payments will violate rule number 2 in my TOS.

2. Do not scam me, scamming me or attempting to scam me will result in public exposure, scam report ticked filed in Roblox Development servers and exposed across the network.

3. If I cannot complete a task I will let you know, do not expect me to give you a full refund.

4. If you decide that you no longer need my services, you must give a 2-day notice before you terminate me and my services.

5. In the event of a refund, you will be refunded half of the payment given. PayPal fees & roblox taxes will not be covered in the refund.

6. If you decide you no longer need my services midway through the month, you MUST pay the original amount agreed upon. Meaning, that you cannot change the payment midway that the worker and client agreed upon at the beginning.

7. All payments are upfront. Payments are on a monthly basis meaning you will be charged PER MONTH. If you wish to pay me weekly or daily, you can talk to me on Discord.

Inter Studios

Inter Studios is a major Roblox studio on the platform, they have several successful games under their studio with a combined CCU of 15-17k+

As an Acquisition Lead for Inter, my role consists of the following responsibilites:
- Ensuring acquistionists are completing their jobs
- Managing my team including hiring new employees or firing old ones

Assisting the executives of Inter with any tasks they might have for me that could reshape the studio or the Acquisitions department.

At the time of typing this, Inter has 12.5k+ active players in total.

March 2026 - Current

Cop Patrol Emergency Response

As the director of development and the lead manager for CPER, my role includes:

Finding developers,
Assingning tasks,
Ensure they receive their payment for the jobs they complete
Aiding the owner in any tasks they might have for me.

Febuary 2026 - Current

HyperWorks Studios

As a project manager for HyperWorks Studios, I searched for developers when it's needed and managed social media along with Discord. I also brought ideas to the table for our games and managed the developers such as setting budgets, deadlines, etc.

I used to be a private consultant/advisor for the owner to talk about the necessary things which would affect the game.

Additionally, I was responsible for managing staff, hiring new developers/staff and making sure the game is running smoothly.

HyperWorks studio currently has an active game called "Poppy's Playtime" with active players per day

December 2023 - April 2024

Pexran Studios

As a project manager/engagement committee for Pexran Studios, I am responsible for finding new developers, hiring new staff and assisting the owner with any needs they might have which relates to the Roblox game.

Pexran Studios generates 200k+ Robux per month and It has 80k+ members.

I was hired in March of this month for Pexran Studios as a project manager, the game currently has 100+ active players EVERY day.

PlayBound Corporation

Project/Operations Manager at PlayBound Corporation a marketing agency, my role as a Project Manager for Playbound was to complete tasks given to me by the operations leader aka the owner. I would always complete them to an acceptable standard and finish them promptly.

Quickgames

QuickGames is a studio that creates full-packed games with everything you can think of, from scripts, assets, builds and more!

I am a former Sales & Marketing manager. As a sales manager, my job was to secure deals with potential clients, train the sales team, and prepare them for their tasks. As a marketing manager, my job was straightforward: post tasks and manage the team.

July 2024 - August 2024

Starz Salon

Starz Salon is a roleplay group on Roblox, designed and empowered to give users an avatar with confidence!

While I was a project manage, I was responsible for making sure the progress of development is running smoothly. Paying out developers and bringing in anything that might improve the game.

I also make sure that the developers are on-task and complete their tasks they have been assigned.

April 2024 - December 2024

Wilderness: Shingeki no Kyojin

Formerly called as Pathfinders or Odyssey, players will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in various roles within the game's rich universe. The game is an attack-on-titan lore game in development progress.

I am a project manager and board of executive for them, I am responsible for managing the discord server, assisting with any tasks and assisting the owner with anything they might need to do.

April 2024 - August 2024

Reliance Limited

As a project manager & an administrative director for Reliance limited, my job is to aid the owner in development by finding developers, ensuring tasks are being completed and everything is up to speed.

I would also assist the owner in any complex tasks that other project managers cannot.

PURE Games

PURE Games is a game development studio on the Roblox platform inspired and motivated to create high-quality, exciting, fun games for other players!

I was hired as a personal assistant & project manager for PURE Games. My job is to oversee development, ensure developers complete tasks promptly, hand out tasks and aid the owner in any jobs/tasks.

August 2024 - October 2024

Parade of Death

POD, aka Parade of Death, is an MMORPG game on the Roblox platform. This project is still under development so I must remain confidential on the project details.

My jobs as the project manager are:

Finding Developers
Ensuring the Discord Server is up to a desirable qualtiy
Aiding the owner in any other tasks they might have for me.
