Radio has always been a medium that has captivated me. I first became interested in radio when I was lucky enough to participate in the early days of MPR Molly Bloom’s podcast, Brains On! I cohosted the “Sleeping!” episode published on August 1st, 2013. This led to a pursuit of music production in high school and college. Outside of school, I have taken on roles with Minnesota Public Radio, Sean McPherson at Jazz 88 (KBEM), iHeartMedia, and AMPERS: MN90. I am constantly exploring new ways to enhance my knowledge of radio and podcast production, broadcasting techniques, and the industry as a whole.

With a background in communication studies and coursework in composition and research, I pride myself on strong written and verbal communication skills. I am confident in my ability to convey information clearly, engage listeners, and contribute to compelling radio content. To continue, I have experience with various radio production tools and software, including audio and video editing software (e.g. Logic Pro, Davinci Resolve and Pro Tools) as well as library cataloging systems (MusicMaster and Enco).
