~ Workflow

• Clear visual references of the character are required (images, reference sheets). Text-only descriptions are not accepted, except when commissioning a custom character reference sheet.

• Workflow stages: Sketch & Composition - Color - Final Render.

• I don't charge extra for minor adjustments to the character's design; however, an additional fee may apply if the number of revisions becomes excessive.

• At the beginning of the process, I provide several concept options for your idea. Any unused sketches/concepts remain my property, and I retain the right to use them for future projects.
  
  

~ Payment & Deadlines

• Two payment options are available:

  1. 50% after the sketch stage and 50% upon completion.

  2. 100% upfront payment after the sketch is approved.

• The full-resolution, watermark-free file is delivered only after full payment has been received.

• Turnaround Time: 1 to 2 months depending on complexity. Rush orders (delivered in 3–5 days) require a +50% fee.

~ Copyright & Usage

• Personal Use Only: You may use the artwork as an avatar, print it for personal use, and share it on your social media with credit.

• Commercial rights are not included in the base price and must be negotiated separately.

• I retain the right to publish the finished piece, WIPs (work in progress), and process videos on my social platforms, unless privacy was agreed upon beforehand.

• Using the artwork for AI dataset training or NFT minting is strictly prohibited.
  
  

~ Cancellation & Refunds

• A 100% refund is issued if work has not yet started and prepayment was made before the sketch stage.

• If the commission is cancelled by the client after the sketch has been approved, the 50% payment is non-refundable.

• If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances or force majeure, a full 100% refund will be provided.
