My photos or videos aren't showing up when I try to select media.
Make sure Auto Slideshow has permission to access your photo library. On iPhone/iPad: go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos, and confirm Auto Slideshow is allowed access. On Android, check Settings → Apps → Auto Slideshow → Permissions.
My export is stuck or taking a long time.
If a photo or video was recently taken and hasn't fully synced from iCloud or cloud backup yet, it may need to finish downloading before it can be included in your export. Try opening the photo/video directly in your Photos app first to make sure it's fully downloaded, then retry the export. If it's still stuck after a few minutes, cancel and try exporting with that item removed.
I purchased a resolution unlock, but it still shows as locked.
This usually resolves itself within a few seconds as your purchase is verified. If it persists, check your internet connection and reopen the export settings screen. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, see "How do I restore my purchase?" below.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device or after reinstalling?
Reopen the export settings screen — Auto Slideshow automatically checks your purchase history with the App Store/Google Play and restores any unlocks tied to your account. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you originally purchased with.
Where are my exported videos saved?
iOS: Saved to the app's folder, accessible from the Files app. You'll also get a notification when your export is ready.
Android: Saved to your Downloads or Movies folder by default, or a folder you chose in export settings.
Windows/macOS: Saved to your Downloads folder by default, or a folder you chose in export settings.
What file formats and resolutions are supported?
Auto Slideshow exports MP4 video at 360p (free), 720p, 1080p, and 4K (unlockable via a one-time purchase).
