AutoServ Pro is a workshop management and Point of Sale (POS) application designed to help automotive businesses manage transactions, inventory, customers, purchases, and financial reports.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how data is stored, used, and protected when using AutoServ Pro.

2. Information We Collect

AutoServ Pro does not collect or store your business data on external servers.

All business data is stored locally on your device.

The app may store the following data locally:

3. Backup and Restore

AutoServ Pro includes a Backup and Restore feature to protect your data.

Backup

• A copy of your local database is generated on your device.
  
  

• You may store or share the backup file using your preferred method (cloud storage, file manager, messaging apps, etc.).
  
  

• We do not receive or store your backup files.
  
  

Restore

• You manually select a backup file from your device.
  
  

• The selected file replaces the existing local database.
  
  

You are solely responsible for securing your backup files.

4. Advertisements (Non-Premium Version)

The free version of AutoServ Pro may display advertisements powered by Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect limited information such as:

• Device identifiers
  
  

• Advertising ID
  
  

• App interaction data
  
  

This information is handled by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy:

Premium users do not see advertisements.

5. App Permissions

AutoServ Pro may request the following permissions:

• Storage access – required for Backup and Restore functionality

These permissions are used strictly for application functionality and not for collecting personal data.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including:

• Local-only SQLite database storage
  
  

• Optional PIN protection to secure app access
  
  

• No external data transmission
  
  

However, users are responsible for:

• Securing their device
  
  

• Protecting backup files
  
  

• Avoiding sharing sensitive business information publicly
  
  

7. Data Deletion

Because all data is stored locally:

• Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.
  
  

• You may reset or overwrite data using the Restore feature.
