By downloading or using AutoPulse AI: Car Scanner, provided by Kello Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

AutoPulse AI provides vehicle diagnostic tools, including OBD-II scanning, error code interpretation, and AI-driven maintenance suggestions.

2. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

The most important part: The information provided by AutoPulse AI is for informational purposes only.

• Not a Mechanic: Our AI interpretations are estimates. They do not replace the physical inspection of a vehicle by a qualified professional.

• Safety First: Never ignore a dashboard warning light or drive an unsafe vehicle based on an app reading. Kello Solutions is not liable for any mechanical failure, damage, or injury resulting from the use of this app.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate vehicle information (VIN, make, model) to ensure the AI provides the best possible data.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

• Equipment: You are responsible for obtaining the necessary hardware (e.g., compatible OBD-II Bluetooth adapters) required to use the app's scanning features.

4. Subscription and Payments

If AutoPulse AI offers "Pro" or "Premium" features:

• Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Cancellations: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Refunds: All refund requests must be handled through the respective App Store platforms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the AI models.

• Use the app for any illegal purposes or to bypass vehicle emissions testing laws.

• Use the app to scrape data or interfere with our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and AI algorithms within the app are the exclusive property of Kello Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kello Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including engine damage or loss of data) arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
