Our services support all leading hardware control panels such as Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 (Siemens Mobile Panel), Siemens S7-200 (including Siemens HC11), Schneider Electric’s Modicon M580 Hotstandby controllers plus other industry leading hardware.

We cater for all HMI system design and development to be implemented in the field. Using development tools such as vijeo designer from Schneider Electric. We can create an interface between HMI design and the components of the system. Using this approach, we can offer a more affordable solution for projects as well as increase efficiency in design, implementation, and maintenance. A hybrid approach that offers the best of both worlds.

With the ever-increasing digitisation of process instrumentation due to the induction of Industry 4.0, the need for real-time data historization, visualisation and reporting has become more prominent than ever. In order to address this need, we are collaborate control systems to local and/or remote databases that are created on dedicated servers to introduce a new high-frequency data historization, visualization and reporting. Most SCADA development platforms come have a dedicated server for data storage and retrieval such as Historian for Wonderware’s System Platform. Others make use of standard servers such as Miccrosoft’s MSSQL and MySQL. We extract data from the servers by working with software packages such as Flow which is a reporting platform developed by Canary for data extraction, visualization and reporting to relevant personnel. The software automatically generates reports in Excel format as well as CSV files which can be exported to different formats including PDF, JPG, PNG and DOCX.
