RENT CONDITIONS
GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
1) Driving the vehicle: the customer must provide his personal details and credit documents, undertaking to provide truthful information. A valid driving license and a minimum age of 25 are required for the rental authorization.

2) Responsibility of the Customer: the Customer undertakes to use the vehicle with the diligence of a good family man:
a) not to sublet the vehicle;
b) not to entrust the vehicle to persons not indicated in the rental agreement;
c) to inform the Lessor of any damage;
d) not to use the vehicle for races, driving school and tests;
e) not to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
f) not to circulate in countries not mentioned in the rental agreement;
The Customer is responsible for any damage resulting from the circulation of the vehicle.
In the event of infringements of the Highway Code and non-payment of motorway tolls and parking lots, the Customer will be charged or re-notified.
3) Fuel: if the car is not returned with the same level of fuel supplied at the beginning of the rental, the refueling service will be charged in addition to the cost of the missing fuel liters.
4) Other drivers: only the drivers mentioned on the rental agreement are authorized to drive. Additional drivers (upon delivery of a copy of the driving license) may subsequently be authorized to drive.
5) Hourly tolerance: 59 minutes beyond which the extra day rate will be applied
6) Insurance coverage: the vehicle insurance includes civil liability towards third parties (RC) for damages deriving from the use of the car by the customer and only authorized consuctibles. The liability coverage does not provide coverage in the event of damage to the vehicle up to the heat of the deductibles.
Theft protection is not an insurance cover, but a conventional limitation of the Customer's liability in the event of theft or fire of the car upon payment of the excess.
The lessee can cancel his / her liability in the event of damage with a counterparty and in the event of theft, upon payment of an optional daily supplement at the time of rental.
7) Charges: the Customer is obliged to pay the Lessor:
a) the rental fee, including mileage, insurance coverage, ancillary costs and any damage, according to the agreed insurance coverage.
8) Methods of payment: by financial credit cards, subject to authorization.
9) Express termination clause: the violation of even one of the provisions of articles 1, 2, 7 will entitle the Lessor to terminate the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the civil code and to compensation for damages.
10) Jurisdiction: the rental relationship is governed by Italian law. The court of the landlord's registered office is exclusively competent for any dispute.
11) Translation: in the event of a conflict between this version and the contextual version in English, the Italian version will prevail, of which the English is a mere translation.
