This Privacy Policy describes how AutoLevel ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AutoLevel mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. If you contact us for support, we may receive your name and email address through your chosen communication method.
All image processing is performed entirely on your device. Your photos and images are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers or any third-party servers. We do not have access to any images you process using the App.
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into the App:
Usage Data: App interaction data, feature usage frequency, session duration, and crash/error reports collected through Firebase Analytics.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, language settings, and time zone.
Advertising Data: When reward ads are displayed, Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, and general location data to serve relevant advertisements.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing address. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from the respective platform.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 14 months through Firebase Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.
Advertising Data: Advertising data is managed and retained by Google AdMob according to their data retention policies.
Subscription Data: Subscription status is stored locally on your device and is cleared when you uninstall the App.
Support Correspondence: Support emails and communications are retained for up to 24 months.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information associated with the App. All image processing occurs entirely on your device and is never transmitted over any network. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data handled by third-party services.
Opt Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
Analytics Opt-Out: You can limit analytics data collection by disabling analytics sharing in your device settings.
Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
Delete Local Data: Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data, including preferences and usage history.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 12.
Information collected through third-party services (Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob) may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These transfers are governed by the data transfer mechanisms described in each third-party provider's privacy policy, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
