Private Signing Proceedures

Thanks for contacting us about our upcoming signing.

Prices are listed in the advertisement. Please check the details listed in our events. We are not responsible if someone shares our information incorrectly.

We are listed on SCN, and encourage trades to be set up there.

Payment can be made by cash, check or money order. Please make checks out to Autographs Ink.

We can no longer accept Paypal. We can accept venmo @Autographsink. Please print the receipt and send us a copy.  If paying cash, check, venmo or money order, a SASE is acceptable.

Please add the name of the signer(s) to the front of the envelope.

Please check the listing for price and details. Our store email autographsink @ aol.com if you have questions.

You do not need to add your name or a post it note to the back of your item. We use a different system. Please do not put your phone number or email directly on the item.

The available pens are listed in the advertisement. If by chance, we accept other pens (it will be listed in the signing). Your pen may not be returned.

We do all we can to make our customers happy. Extra request, such as numbers, and placement are up to the signer. I was once told, “You can lead a horse to water….” Let me be clear, I can ask…but I have no control over the signer.

The dates listed are approximate. We have been doing this a long time and make every effort to get the signings done on time.

We ship back via USPS. You are welcome to send to our physical store via Fedex, but we must return via USPS. Our store address is 7235 Blvd 26, North Richland Hills, TX   76180.

We are not the USPS. Their service has been very slow lately. Please check tracking before you ask me about it.

Please like our page, Autographs Ink, on facebook. All update are listed there. Please do not send me messages, “How did the signing go?” or “Has this signing happened yet?” I promise, we are working very hard to keep everything moving.

We list signing status updates every Monday on our facebook page.

Since we do have signings TTM, there is a small chance the signer will keep the money and run. I promise we have agreements in place when we start. If this happens, ie Carmella DeCesare, Rick Baldwin and Ray Cosey, we will do everything possible to make it right. In each of these cases, we were out over $1000.
