I tried to update the desktop version of sketchbook (8.7.1.0 win64) but it uninstalled the previous version and it is stuck on install screen now. I'm unable to get to install or revert to previous version. I'm not sure what to do, i have work due and this just made it late... please help ASAP
I have same problem,at first didn't wanted to install update, then I tried all of this solution's I could find here and still same, l uninstalled all and wanted to install from point zero but by some magic instead of running installer get open as txt file in illustrator cc automatically, ???? I tried to install some other programs and installation went just fine, except sketchbook ....any possible idea ?
