0. Obtain a Google account, create a dedicated folder for this tool(AutoBooking), and apply for use.

0. Obtain a Google account, create a dedicated folder for Auto Booking, and apply for use.If you'd like to test the functionality first, please use an existing account (you can change it later).
While creating a new Google account is not required, this tool makes extensive use of Gmail. The free plan has a daily sending limit of 100 emails, so we recommend creating new Google account specifically for your project. (We won't go into details about creating a Google account here.)
Create a new folder in 'My Drive' in Google Drive (In the example below, 'AutoBooking' folder).
Rename folder
Open the below page with your new Google account.
Open the tool file the file ”Reserbot”
Make a copy
Save it in project folder
Now, you get your own tool file.
Now, you are ready to go to next step.
Find the spreadsheet ID in your own tool URL (the string between d/ and /edit)

Please apply for use (register your spreadsheet ID to my database) in the form below. The trial period will start from the moment you submit the form.
After setting the language in the N3 cell of the back sheet, proceed to the next step.
1. Auto Setup.
AI will automatically set it up. See 'Booking' Menu. please run 'SetupBookingSystem'.

Booking Form and cancellation form will be created in the same folder as the tool.
If not, press F5 to refresh the screen. You will find the form.
If the form still does not appear, run the same program again.
A response sheet for the registration form/cancellation form will be created within the tool. Rename the sheet accordingly (e.g., “Registration,” “Cancellation”). The sheet with the lower number corresponds to the registration form, while the one with the higher number corresponds to the cancellation form.
Check the tool's time settings. Since this tool is used worldwide, please set it to your country's time zone.
Important: After you edit the choices, you must run this program.
2. Editing a time slot and Email contents
You can freely change the form title and description. However, please do not change the order of the questions.
Be sure to obtain the respondent link when finished.
Also, enter the respondent URL for the cancellation form in the body of the mail sheet.
Only green cells are editable.
A:Start Day
B:Start Time (as a four-digit number / ◯1700 ✖17:00 )
C:End Day
D:End Time (as a four-digit number)
E:Options presented to applicants. Duplicate options are invalid (Unable to enter).
If 3 people can apply, Give each option a different name
G1:If you do not want to allow the same email address to be registered, select "Email-NoDuplicate". You must inform customers via a form or other means.
If a duplicate address is registered, the form input will be ignored.
When to send reminders. ● hours before. Max 10 remainders. You can decide freely.
0 : Confirmation email at the time of application
6 : Reminder mail at 6 hours before
24:Reminder mail just 1 day before
-6 : Thanks mail at 6 hours after
-24:Reminder mail just 1 day after
The text will include a link to the cancellation form (see 3).
{name} → Replaced with the applicant's name
{yoyaku} → Replaced with the reservation slot
{message} → Comments entered during the application
{number} → Reservation number
Answer sheet will be made in the tool.

3. Edit and publish 2 forms.
You may freely modify the description text. Never change the order of the questions.
Be sure to obtain the responder link. Enter the URL for the cancellation form within the body text of the mail sheet.
Do not send editor links. Please verify that the links are correct beforehand.
Send the responder link to the customer.
You're ready to go!
This tool will take bookings, send reminders, and add them to your calendar.
Cancellation processing is also performed automatically.
Do you want to automatically delete old data?
Change cell T1 to "AutoDelete_On."
Past data that does not have an email sending schedule will be automatically deleted.
