This Privacy Policy explains how this application (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use its wallpapers, ringtones, notification sounds, alarms, themes, launcher links, photo editing, background blur, collage creation, and related personalization features.
We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information necessary to operate, improve, secure, and monetize the App.
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, phone number, postal address, or other direct personal identification information to use its core features.
Some information may be processed automatically by the App or third-party services used by the App. This may include device information, operating system version, app version, language, approximate region, advertising identifiers where permitted, diagnostic information, crash information, ad interaction information, and general app usage information.
The exact information processed by advertising or platform services depends on your device settings, applicable law, permissions, consent choices, and the configuration of those third-party services.
2. Photos and Gallery Access
The App allows you to select photos from your device for features such as Photo Editor, Filters, Background Blur, and Photo Collage.
Photos you select are used only to provide the feature you requested.
The App may process selected photos locally on your device for editing, filtering, cropping, rotating, adjusting, blurring, collage creation, saving, and wallpaper application.
We do not intentionally upload your personal photos to our own servers unless a future feature clearly tells you that cloud processing is required and obtains any necessary permission or consent.
Where supported by Android, the App uses system photo-selection functionality so you can choose only the images you want to work with.
3. Photo Editing and Collage Processing
When you use the Photo Editor or Photo Collage features, selected images may be temporarily processed in device memory or local app storage.
Processing may include brightness adjustment, contrast, saturation, filters, blur, cropping, rotation, scaling, image positioning, collage layouts, borders, spacing, backgrounds, and export rendering.
Finished images are saved only when you choose to save or export them.
We do not claim ownership of photos you select or content you create using the App.
4. Wallpapers
The App provides wallpapers that may be bundled with the App or retrieved from online sources.
When online wallpaper content is used, the App may connect to remote servers or content delivery services to download thumbnails and full-resolution wallpaper files.
Wallpaper images may be temporarily cached on your device to improve speed, reduce repeated downloads, and provide a smoother browsing experience.
When you choose Set Home Screen or Set Lock Screen, the App uses Android wallpaper functionality to apply the selected image.
5. Ringtones, Notifications, and Alarms
The App provides separate sections for ringtones, notification sounds, and alarm sounds.
Audio content may be streamed, downloaded, cached, or saved locally depending on the feature being used.
When you choose to set an audio file as your ringtone, notification sound, or alarm sound, Android may require system permission that allows the App to modify system sound settings.
The App requests such access only when required for the feature you intentionally select.
6. Themes and Launcher Applications
The Themes section may display links to third-party launcher, theme, icon, or personalization applications available through Google Play.
When you select one of these items, you may be redirected to Google Play or another external application.
Those third-party applications and services operate independently from this App and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or functionality of third-party applications.
7. Advertising
The App may display advertising, including App Open Ads, Interstitial Ads, Native Ads, and Adaptive Banner Ads.
We currently use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to provide advertising.
Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, advertising services may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, ad impressions, clicks, interactions, device information, and diagnostic information.
Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable privacy requirements and your available privacy choices.
We do not directly control all information collected or processed by third-party advertising providers.
8. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, the App or advertising provider may request consent before using certain information for personalized advertising or related advertising purposes.
You may also be able to change advertising or privacy preferences through your Android or Google account settings.
Where applicable, the App may provide additional privacy-choice controls when required by the advertising platform or applicable law.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertising from the App. You may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads.
9. App Open and Interstitial Advertising
The App may show an App Open advertisement after the splash/loading experience.
Interstitial advertisements may also appear at natural transition points, such as when entering certain features or after completing specific actions.
Examples may include opening wallpaper, ringtone, photo editing or collage features, selecting certain wallpapers, or completing wallpaper, ringtone, notification, alarm, or image-setting actions.
Advertising availability depends on factors outside our control, including internet connectivity and advertising inventory.
10. Native and Banner Advertising
Native advertisements may appear within or near app content such as the Home screen, Themes section, Trending Wallpapers, or Saved Wallpapers.
Adaptive banner advertisements may appear in designated areas such as the Wallpaper browsing screen.
Advertisements are presented separately from normal App content and may include labels such as Ad or Sponsored where appropriate.
11. Saved Wallpapers and Favorites
When you save or favorite a wallpaper, the App may store the identifier of that wallpaper locally on your device.
This information is used to provide your Saved or Favorites section.
Saved wallpaper preferences are normally stored locally and are not treated as a user account.
Removing app data or uninstalling the App may remove locally stored preferences.
12. App Preferences
The App may locally store preferences necessary for usability, such as whether onboarding has been completed, favorite wallpaper identifiers, recent selections, and other basic interface preferences.
These preferences are used to provide expected functionality and improve your experience.
13. Permissions
The App may request Android permissions only when needed for a particular feature.
Depending on your Android version and the feature you use, permissions or system access may include photo/media selection, notification access where required, modifying system settings for ringtone-related functionality, saving downloaded or edited media, network access, and wallpaper-related system functionality.
You may deny optional permissions. However, some related features may not work without the required permission.
14. Internet Access
Internet access may be required to load wallpapers, audio content, advertising, external launcher listings, and other online resources.
Technical connection information such as IP addresses may naturally be processed by the server or third-party provider delivering that content.
15. Analytics and Diagnostics
Third-party SDKs or platform services may collect limited diagnostic information to detect crashes, improve reliability, measure advertising performance, prevent abuse, or maintain service security.
If analytics services are introduced or changed in future versions, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
16. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The App does not intentionally require access to your contacts, private messages, call history, passwords, financial account credentials, government identification documents, or precise GPS location for its normal personalization features.
We do not sell your personal photographs.
We do not claim ownership of user-created collages or edited images.
17. Data Sharing
We may share or allow processing of limited information only where necessary to operate the App, provide advertising, deliver online content, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, or maintain the security and functionality of the service.
Third-party service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personally selected gallery photos to advertisers.
18. Data Retention
Content processed locally, such as selected photos or editing data, is generally retained only as needed to provide the requested feature.
Saved images, downloaded wallpapers, downloaded audio files, or exported collages may remain on your device until you delete them.
Cached online content may remain temporarily until Android, the App, or the image/audio caching system removes it.
Third-party services may retain information according to their own retention policies.
19. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the App.
However, no mobile application, network connection, or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.
You should protect your device with appropriate security measures such as a PIN, password, biometric lock, and current operating-system updates.
20. Children's Privacy
The App is designed as a general personalization utility and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a way that violates applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of mobile applications and advertising-enabled services where appropriate.
21. Third-Party Services
The App may interact with services operated by third parties, including Google Play, Google AdMob, Android system services, content hosting providers, and linked launcher/theme applications.
Use of those services may be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of third-party services you choose to use.
22. External Links
The App may contain links that open Google Play or other external websites or applications.
Once you leave this App, we are not responsible for how another service collects or uses information.
You should review the privacy policy of the external service before providing information to it.
23. Your Choices and Controls
You can control many privacy-related features through Android device settings.
You may revoke previously granted permissions, reset or delete app data, remove downloaded files, clear app cache, adjust advertising privacy settings, disable certain system permissions, or uninstall the App.
Removing a permission may prevent the corresponding App feature from working.
24. Uninstalling the App
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Uninstalling normally removes the App's private local storage.
Files that you intentionally exported or saved to shared device storage may remain on your device until you delete them manually.
25. Intellectual Property and Brand Disclaimer
Product names, trademarks, logos, operating-system names, and other brand identifiers referenced within the App belong to their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the relevant rights holder, reference to a third-party product or brand is intended to describe compatibility, content categories, or supported functionality and does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.
If licensed or authorized third-party content is included in the App, such content remains subject to the rights and permissions granted by its respective owner.
26. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when App functionality, legal requirements, advertising services, permissions, or data-processing practices change.
When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this policy will be revised.
Continued use of the App after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy will apply to future use of the App.
