By downloading, installing, or using AutoAssist AI ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and James Kasparian ("we," "us," or "our").
AutoAssist AI is an AI-powered chatbot and general assistant application available on iOS. The App provides AI-generated responses and assistance across a variety of topics. The App is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.
AutoAssist AI offers the following subscription plans:
Monthly Subscription: $3.99 per month, billed monthly. Provides full access to AutoAssist AI Pro features.
Yearly Subscription: $14.99 per year, billed annually. Provides full access to AutoAssist AI Pro features at a discounted rate.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access to Pro features until that date.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may offer free trials from time to time. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
You agree not to use AutoAssist AI to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
- Share your account credentials with others
AutoAssist AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be correct, complete, or up to date. You should not rely solely on the App for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.
AutoAssist AI and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by James Kasparian and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, James Kasparian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AutoAssist AI. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AutoAssist AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which James Kasparian resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
