Read phone state: the app needs this permission in order to identify current inserted Sim Card to enabled or disable tethering (i.e.
Bluetooth and Bluetooth admin: for managing WiFi tethering activation on Bluetooth devices
Receive boot completed: as this app could start upon system boot
Access network state, Access coarse location and Access fine location: for activation on configured cellular networks
Access WiFi State, Change WiFi State and Change network: as this app main responsibility is to manage WiFi Tethering and WiFi state
Vibrate: application could signals change of status by vibrating
Internet: for Android older than 5.0 application can manage internet status
Write settings: application needs to store own preferences

Application do not store outside your phone any information this means no private data like phone number, sim card serial number is transferred from your phone!
