Auto Wala — Privacy Policy

Auto Wala is an offline-first driving game. This page explains, in plain

terms, what information the app handles, what it doesn't, and how the ads

you see are served.

1. The short version

Auto Wala doesn't ask you to sign in, doesn't ask for your name, email, or

phone number, and doesn't send your game progress anywhere. Your coins,

level, city, and driver profile live only on your phone. The one thing that

does involve an outside party is advertising: Auto Wala shows ads so the

game can stay free, and the advertising companies handle some technical

device data on their own to do that. The rest of this page covers both

halves in detail.

2. What we don't collect

We do not require an account, and we do not collect or store, on any server

we operate:

• Your real name, email address, or phone number

• Your precise location

• Access to your camera, microphone, or contacts — the app never requests

  these permissions

• Payment details (in-app purchases, where offered, are handled entirely by

  Google Play)

Auto Wala has no backend server for gameplay. There is nothing for us to

collect it into.

3. What's stored on your device

To remember your progress between sessions, the app saves a small amount of

data in your phone's local app storage — never transmitted to us or anyone

else:

• Driver profile — nickname, avatar, auto colour, chosen city — used to

  personalise your garage and HUD

• Coins, XP, driver level, unlocked skins and cities — used for progression

  and rewards

• Best distance, best chaos score, achievements, mission progress — used for

  stats screens and daily/weekly missions

• Settings — volume, quality, control layout — used to remember your

  preferences

The nickname is self-chosen, not your real identity — the app never asks for

or verifies who you are.

4. Advertising

Auto Wala shows three kinds of ads, served by Google AdMob: a banner on the

menu and results screens, a short optional video you can choose to watch for

a revive or a coin bonus, and an occasional interstitial ad between runs.

Ads are never shown mid-drive.

AdMob may also fill an ad slot through a mediation partner — currently Unity

Ads (Unity Technologies) and AppLovin — which compete to serve the ad that

pays most. When a partner serves an ad, that partner receives the same

technical information described below and handles it under its own privacy

policy:

• Unity Ads — https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

• AppLovin — https://www.applovin.com/privacy/

To select and measure these ads, the advertising SDKs may collect technical

information on their own — including your device's advertising identifier,

general device information, and approximate (non-precise) location inferred

from your network. This collection is performed by those advertising

companies, under their own privacy policies, not by Auto Wala directly.

You can review how Google handles this data at

https://policies.google.com/privacy, and adjust ad personalisation for your

device under your phone's Settings → Google → Ads.

Consent in Europe: if you are in the European Economic Area, the United

Kingdom or Switzerland, Auto Wala asks for your consent before any

personalised advertising data is used, through Google's certified consent

interface. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy

Options inside the game.

Rewards for watching an ad (a revive, doubled coins) are granted only when

the ad genuinely finishes — closing early never triggers a reward, and never

triggers any extra data collection beyond the ad itself.

4b. Analytics (Google Firebase)

Auto Wala uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is

played, so we can fix difficulty spikes and performance problems. This is

the one part of the app, besides ads, that sends anything off your device.

What Firebase receives:

  - A random app-instance identifier Google generates for this install,

and your device's advertising ID. These are device identifiers, not

    your name or account.

  - Basic device and app information: model, Android version, app

version, language, and the graphics quality tier the game selected

    for your device.

  - An approximate, city-level location derived from your IP address.

Never precise or GPS location — the app does not request that

    permission at all.

  - Gameplay events: when a run starts and ends, how far you travelled,

your score and coins for that run, whether you finished the tutorial,

and whether a rewarded ad was completed.

What Firebase never receives: your nickname, your avatar choice, your

saved progress, or anything else from the on-device list in section 3.

Those stay on your phone. We use this data only in aggregate — we look at

how thousands of runs go, not at any individual player.

Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

To limit it, use your device's Google settings to reset or delete your

advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization.

5. Children's privacy

Auto Wala is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children

under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If

you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at the address

below and we'll act on it — though as described above, there is generally

nothing on our side to remove, since the app stores no personal data on any

server.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

Because everything Auto Wala remembers lives on your device, you're always

in direct control of it:

• To reset your progress, clear the app's storage from your phone's App info

  screen.

• To delete everything, uninstall Auto Wala — this removes all locally

  stored data immediately and completely.

• To limit ad data, use your device's Google Ads settings to opt out of

personalised ads or reset your advertising ID.

7. Security

Since gameplay data never leaves your device, it's protected by your phone's

own security — screen lock, encryption, and app sandboxing all apply the

same way they do to any other app's local storage.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, if a future update adds an online

feature — we'll update the effective date above and describe the change here

before it takes effect.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy or how Auto Wala handles data can be sent

directly to the developer:
