It crashed when registering it, even I thought the number of plugins was too long for Audacity. As I said, Auto-tune worked without problems since 1.3.12 Version with VST Enabler, and 2.1.0 was the first version which gave me those problems.

Auto-Tune automatically tunes this threshold, typically between 5-15%, based on the amount of JVM that is currently occupied on the system. For example, if JVM memory pressure is high, Auto-Tune might reduce the threshold to 5%, at which point you might see more rejections until the cluster stabilizes and the threshold increases.

No auto-tuner is going to compare to manual tuning though. It might take no time but the result will never sound 100% natural the way they can if you use Vari-Audio.

So in short, it might take a little bit more time, but the end result is really worth the effort IMHO.

Auto-Tune, or autotune, is an audio processor introduced in 1997 by the American company Antares Audio Technologies.[1][4] It uses a proprietary device to measure and alter pitch in vocal and instrumental music recording and performances.[5]

Auto-Tune was originally intended to disguise or correct off-key inaccuracies, allowing vocal tracks to be perfectly tuned. The 1998 Cher song "Believe" popularized the technique of using Auto-Tune to distort vocals. In 2018, the music critic Simon Reynolds observed that Auto-Tune had "revolutionized popular music", calling its use for effects "the fad that just wouldn't fade. Its use is now more entrenched than ever."[6]

Auto-Tune was developed by Andy Hildebrand, a Ph.D. research engineer who specialized in stochastic estimation theory and digital signal processing.[1] Hildebrand conceived the vocal pitch correction technology on the suggestion of a colleague's wife, who had joked that she could benefit from a device to help her sing in tune.[13][14]

Over several months in early 1996, he implemented the algorithm on a custom Macintosh computer and presented the result at the NAMM Show later that year, where "it was instantly a massive hit".[13] Hildebrand's method for detecting pitch involved the use of autocorrelation and proved superior to earlier attempts based on feature extraction that had problems processing certain aspects of the human voice such as diphthongs, leading to sound artifacts.[13] Music engineers had previously considered autocorrelation impractical because of the massive computational effort required, but Hildebrand found a "mathematical trick" to overcome this, "a simplification [that] changed a million multiply adds into just four".[13]

According to the Auto-Tune patent, the referred implementation detail consists, when processing new samples, of reusing the former autocorrelation bin, and adding the product of the new sample with the older sample corresponding to a lag value, while subtracting the autocorrelation product of the sample that correspondingly got out of window.[5]

Originally, Auto-Tune was designed to discreetly correct imprecise intonations to make music more expressive, with the original patent asserting: "When voices or instruments are out of tune, the emotional qualities of the performance are lost."[6] Auto-Tune was launched in September 1997.[1]

Used by stars from Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne to Britney Spears and Cher, Auto-Tune has been widely criticized as indicative of an inability to sing on key.[42][43][44][45][46] Trey Parker used Auto-Tune on the South Park song "Gay Fish", and found that he had to sing off-key in order to sound distorted; he claimed, "You had to be a bad singer in order for that thing to actually sound the way it does. If you use it and you sing into it correctly, it doesn't do anything to your voice."[47] Electropop recording artist Kesha has been widely recognized as using excessive Auto-Tune in her songs, putting her vocal talent under scrutiny.[43][48][49][50][51] Music producer Rick Rubin wrote that "Right now, if you listen to pop, everything is in perfect pitch, perfect time and perfect tune. That's how ubiquitous Auto-Tune is."[52] Time journalist Josh Tyrangiel called Auto-Tune "Photoshop for the human voice".[52]

YouTuber Conor Maynard, who has received criticism for his use of Auto-Tune, defended the audio processor in an interview on the Zach Sang Show in 2019, stating: "It doesn't mean you can't sing ... auto-tune can't make anyone who can't sing sound like they can sing ... it just tightens it up ever so slightly because we're human and we are not perfect, whereas [Auto-Tune] is literally digitally perfect".[63][64]

We've always had the Auto-Tune to HD channels function enable on 3 TV's. For example, if you want the HD channel 505, you just have to push "5" and if a corresponding HD channel exists, in this case "505" it will auto tune to the HD channel. The other morning, we noticed Verizon had changed their "Welcome" screen from the Verizon logo to a full screen teaser for movies and videos which cycles through various options available. The other thing we noticed coincident with that was the Auto-Tune to HD channels no longer worked on any of the TV's. I checked the settings and it was still enabled. I disabled and re-enabled the settings, rebooted each STB, and rebooted the router all to no avail. Has anyone else run across this change since the Welcome screen changed? I'm wondering if it's a systemic problem. Thanks........... Dave..........

It Looks Like You have to enter the ILS Frequencies and the Approach Course manuel into the CDU. Apparently it doesn't work automatically anymore? The Aerofly ILS Frequencies are not always correct. Here I use Original/Real Frequencies from the AirMate App from the Play Store Android. These also work with Aerofly Mobil 2022 and 2023.

I am referring to the app settings ..there are various ways to get "artificial assistance" such as auto trim, auto rudder etc. Tuning the nav radios is one such setting. Then if an ILS approach is in the flight plan the nav radios are automatically tuned and the course preset.

I have another situation to report that I noticed on Aerofly 2023. The auto tuning option has a problem. ILS frequencies are not being automatically entered into aircraft radios or the FMC panel. In Seattle, the ILS did not work even with the auto tuning option turned on. As I didn't find the information of the ILS frequencies in the simulator, I had to look for them in IAC charts and enter them manually in the radio panel or FMC. This problem did not occur in Aerofly 2022. In this simulator version, when the auto tuning option was activated, all frequencies were automatically inserted in the radio panel or in the FMC of the planes. As the simulator's NavData is not updated, the ILS frequencies may change according to the current airac cycle. As a result, the frequency information on the IAC charts may differ from those on the simulator, which may cause a problem in which the ILS will not work when starting the approach.

This auto tuning bug has been fixed in the latest updates. Now the frequencies are being automatically inserted in the radios panel and FMC of the planes. I am not having this problem. When there are divergences in frequencies I look for them in IAC charts.

I am running logic 10.7.9 on a Mac Studio 2022 M1 running Ventura 13.5.2. I am experiencing this issue where anytime I pull up Antares Autotune EFX+ it brings up the error message stating that "a plugin has caused Logic to be come unstable, please recover or quit Logic Pro" A week ago EFX+ worked fine on all my projects. I have uninstalled all the antares plugins multiple times as well as auto-tune central, as well as manually deleting the plugin components from library. When I open the plugin-manager EFX+ crashes validation every time. Anyone know what I can do?

this is the validation report

AutoTune is not always able to determine a good tune for the vehicle and may result in gains that lead to an unflyable vehicle that may crash. Please follow the Tuning Process Instructions before attempting to use AutoTune. After following those instructions, and have evaluated your initial tune, should to try AutoTune.

using QuikTune before AUTOTUNE, AND setting up the noise notch filtering, see Managing Gyro Noise with the Dynamic Harmonic Notch Filters, is highly recommended in order to get the best tune and avoid possible crashes when using AUTOTUNE.

Use the roll and pitch stick at any time to reposition the copterif it drifts away (it will use the original PID gains duringrepositioning and between tests). When you release the sticks itwill continue auto tuning where it left off.

A better tune can often be achieved by invoking AutoTune from AltHold as described above instead of from Loiter or PosHold as described below. Using AUTOTUNE flight mode also has this possible disadvantage. 0852c4b9a8
