Auto Silent ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by IS World. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
INFORMATION WE ACCESS
Location Data
Auto Silent uses your device's GPS location to detect when you enter or exit zones you have personally created on the map (such as your home, office, or place of worship), so it can automatically silence or unsilence your phone. Location data is processed entirely on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party, and is not sold or shared.
Camera
The app requests camera access only when you choose to scan a dealer QR code inside the "Dealer Connect" feature. The camera is not used for any other purpose and no photos or video are stored.
Microphone
If you choose to record a custom voice phrase for the "Unlock Voice" feature, the app accesses your microphone to make that recording. The recording is stored locally on your device and is used only to play back when you unlock your phone.
Account Information (Dealer Connect feature only)
If you choose to use the optional Dealer Connect feature, we collect your name, phone number, and coin balance to operate the coin-transfer system between users and dealers. This information is stored using Firebase, a secure cloud service provided by Google.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information accessed by the app is used solely to provide the app's core features: automatic silent-mode switching, attendance tracking, personalized unlock voice playback, and (optionally) dealer coin transfers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
DATA STORAGE
Most of your data (zones, preferences, recordings, history) is stored locally on your device. If you use the optional Dealer Connect feature, your account and coin-balance data is stored securely via Firebase.
YOUR CHOICES
You can revoke location, camera, or microphone permissions at any time through your device's Settings. Disabling these permissions may limit or disable certain app features.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Auto Silent is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
