Auto Loan Calculator (the “App”) by JanoGroup LLC helps users estimate auto loan payments and view amortization schedules. By installing or using the App you agree to this Policy.
Summary
No collection of names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, government IDs, account numbers, credit scores, or loan application documents.
Loan inputs & results stay on your device.
Ads via Google AdMob; personalization controlled in device settings.
Anonymous crash/usage metrics may be used to improve stability.
The App does not originate, broker, arrange, or facilitate loans and gives no financial advice.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect PII, precise location, contact lists, photos, clipboard contents, biometric data, sensitive financial application data (pay stubs, credit reports, statements, account numbers, SSNs) or behavioral lending profiles.
Local Processing
All loan calculations (amount, rate, term, down payment, taxes) and amortization outputs are computed locally. Preferences (e.g., theme, display format) may be stored in local app storage. Uninstall or clear app data to remove them.
Anonymous Usage & Crash Data
Aggregated non-personal metrics (feature usage counts, generic device/OS version, crash logs) may be collected for diagnostics. No personal identifiers are included; participation may depend on platform consent dialogs.
Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App:

Google Play Services / Apple App Store: distribution, stability, crash reporting (anonymous metadata).
Google AdMob: advertising (Advertising ID, coarse device info).
Each has its own privacy policy.
Data Security
Local-only processing reduces exposure. We use secure coding practices and rely on platform sandboxing and encryption. No system is perfectly secure; protect your device (passcode, updates).
Your Choices
Uninstall: removes all local data.
Clear App Data: resets preferences.
Reset / Opt-Out Ad Personalization: OS ad settings.
Disable crash reporting/analytics: via presented toggles or system settings.
International Users
No cross-border transfers of personal data; nothing is uploaded to external servers.
Children’s Privacy
Not directed to children under 13. No knowing collection of children’s data. Contact us if you believe a child used the App improperly.
Changes
Policy updates will revise the “Last Updated” date. Material changes summarized in release notes or website. Continued use = acceptance.
