Autixo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles user data with a focus on Zero-Data-Storage and On-Device Processing.

1. Core Privacy Philosophy 

Autixo is designed as a local, on-device assistance utility for service professionals.

• We do NOT collect, store, or share personal data on external servers.

• All processing happens directly on the user’s device in real-time.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

To ensure maximum security, Autixo does not access or store:

• Personal Identity: Name, email, phone number, or account credentials.

• Sensitive Data: Financial info, contacts, messages, or browsing history.

• External Storage: No data from third-party applications is ever transmitted to any external server.

3. Critical Permissions & Usage

Autixo requires specific permissions to provide its assistive features. These are handled with 100% transparency:

A. Accessibility Service API

Autixo uses the Accessibility Service strictly to:

• Detect on-screen elements within professional task-management applications.

• Assist with User-Defined Interactions (e.g., interacting with specific UI elements based on your preset filters).

• Security Note: This permission is never used to change user settings without permission or to monitor activity outside of the intended professional use case.

B. Media Projection (Contextual Analysis)

Autixo uses real-time screen analysis to:

• Identify task details such as estimated value, distance, and task type.

• Important: This data is processed in volatile memory (RAM) and is discarded immediately after analysis. No screenshots or recordings are ever stored or transmitted.

4. Data Processing & Security

• Local Execution: 100% of the logic runs on your hardware.

• Session-Based: All analysis is temporary and vanishes once the task is processed.

• No Cloud Integration: Autixo does not integrate with analytics platforms, advertising networks, or cloud databases.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Autixo is an independent tool. While it interacts with external service applications to provide assistance, it does not share any user data with those platforms. Users are advised to comply with the Terms of Service of any external applications they use alongside Autixo.

6. User Control & Transparency

You are in total control:

• You can enable or disable Accessibility or Screen Analysis permissions at any time via System Settings.

• Stopping the Autixo service immediately terminates all background analysis.

• Uninstalling the app removes all local configuration settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

Autixo is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly interact with or collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect app improvements. Any changes will be updated within the application interface.
