We have compiled some resources for autistic people, both kids and adults, as well as the neurotypical adults who are raising autistic/neurodiverse kids. We have tried to center neurodiverse voices as best we can and provide well-rounded resources. If there are any questions or concerns, please reach out.
Neurodivergence doesn't mean "bad" or "misbehaved." It simply means that our brains function in different ways.
Your child is still the same kid they were before their official diagnoses. They’re still the kid who loves dinosaurs, or to spin in circles, or to read books, or to watch their favorite show over and over again. Your child doesn’t have a missing piece; they are a capable, smart, young person who sees and interacts with the world in a different way.
