AutismPro is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or therapeutic treatment. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and for all activities that occur within the app on your device.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings
Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies
You agree not to:
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Distribute or share the app outside official app stores
Use the app in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
All content, features, and functionality of AutismPro are owned by Telsone Srl and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Telsone Srl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.
