Kathrine Yets holds a variety of educational roles, teaching ages 6 through 60 for over a decade with different schools, colleges, universities, and organizations in Wisconsin. Her favorite hat is being the founder and facilitator of LakeSide Poets & Writers workshop series. She supports poetic communities, particularly as Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets’ Southeastern region vice president. She has four chapbooks traditionally published through Cyberwit and Unsolicited Press. Her works can also be found in reviews and anthologies, including recently within Woman Scream, Olit, and Eternal Haunted Summer. She is a Jade Ring Award recipient from Wisconsin Writer's Association. When she is not teaching or writing, she can be found on the shores of Lake Michigan, taking walks with her husband.
