It can be in the form of magazines, webinars, conferences, ebooks and when I want to support someone in their personal life via calls/mails or visits if possible. I don't see anyone as an employee on my team. When I look after the people who are fully committed to supporting my goals, I see unconditional love in their hearts. It is a joy to have loving people on my team. Who even lived through my depressive moments and still show respect for my work. In addition, there is the group that contributes to my anonymous youtube channels etc... and never to my knowledge has anyone leaked it. Each person keeps aloof and focuses on his/her work and adheres to the contract. I am grateful to everyone for that.
