How dare you say no one wants to be with you?

How quick the sunrays have rushed to see you,

Dragged these lights and sweet chirpings

all the way

into your room.

Made their way through the curtains and

The little spaces in your blanket

you are refusing

to get out of, for days now.

just for a little glimpse of you.

All of this for a little bit of your attention,

A little bit of your time .
