Known as the king of the suburb mountains, Stegosaurus Ridge is an incredibly scenic and adventurous hike combined---a rare hybrid of beauty and the beast.
The path is mostly not paved like many hikes in Taiwan are. And as the name suggests, a major part of this hike is along the ridge line, so it's not for the faint of hearts or people afraid of heights.
Once you are up on the ridge, you can choose taking the tiny mud trail next to the rocks, or you can choose climbing hundreds of meters of easy bouldering to make it even more exciting.
