These are what we are governed by:

• Before the job commences, the company must receive a fifty percent down payment of the total cost of the project/service earmarked by the client. 

• We must receive the full payment on or before the delivery date of the product/service purchased. 

• No product/service is for sampling. 

• All products/services purchased have three months to pay off. 

• Once production has started, no refund is possible. 

• No credits.

• We must process cheques before the jobs are delivered.

• All agreements must be typed and signed by person/persons doing business in the presence of a witness. 

• The reproduction of work due to errors by the client is to be paid for by the client. 

• The client must pay for all wire transfer/currency transfer fees. 

• The client must pay for all shipping costs. 

• Reproduction of any product without written consent from the Chief Executive Officer is strictly prohibited.
