These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and us (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the Authenticator mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended for general audiences. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use it under applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not sublicense, sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
2.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass security features
Reverse engineer or copy the App

Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
Use the App for fraudulent or harmful activities
3.1 Purpose of the App
The App provides time-based one-time password (OTP) generation to help secure your accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA).
3.2 Local Data Storage
All authentication data (such as OTP secrets and account labels) is stored locally on your device.
We do not access, collect, transmit, or store this data on external servers.
3.3 No Account Access
The App does not access or store usernames, passwords, or login credentials for any third-party services.
You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your authentication data.
If you lose access to your device, your authentication data may not be recoverable
We do not provide account recovery for stored authentication data
You are responsible for maintaining backups if needed
If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:
Payments are processed through your Apple ID via the App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
Prices and availability may change
Free trial terms (if any) will be disclosed at the time of purchase
We do not store or process your payment information.
The App, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding user-stored authentication data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not collect personal data, and all authentication data remains on your device.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the App
Create security or legal risks
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not responsible for loss of authentication data due to device loss, deletion, or misuse
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Your use of the App
Loss of access to authentication data
Device-related issues or failures
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
