AuthApp (“the App”) is developed to demonstrate and evaluate secure methods of device identification for fraud-prevention and security-analysis purposes, along with Play Integrity API.
We respect your privacy and handle all collected information responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with Google Play’s Developer Program Policies.

2. Information We Collect

The App collects only non-personal, technical information related to the device on which it runs. This may include:

Device identifiers (for example, system-generated or app-scoped IDs)
Device model and manufacturer
Operating-system version and security settings
Other technical parameters needed for integrity checks

No personal or user-specific information—such as name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location—is collected, stored, or linked to an individual.

3. Purpose of Collection

Collected information is used solely for:

Device integrity verification
Fraud-prevention and security analysis
Performance evaluation of the App’s identification logic

We do not use the information for advertising, marketing, analytics unrelated to security, or user profiling.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data transmitted between the App and its backend servers is encrypted in transit.
Stored data is protected through access controls and is retained only for as long as necessary to perform security computations and testing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share collected device data with any third-party advertisers, analytics providers, or external data brokers.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel for debugging, fraud-prevention, and security-testing purposes only.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

Because the App does not collect personal information, there is usually no data that can identify a user directly.

7. Children’s Privacy

AuthApp is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
