Let me tell you a little bit about myself! After graduating High School I attended Albright College in Reading, PA for three semesters where I played D3 football and was a Criminal Justice major concentrating in Psychology. After my third semester at Albright, I transferred to William Paterson College of New Jersey where I continued my D3 collegiate football career. I also switched majors from Criminal Justice to Exercise Science concentrating in Exercise Physiology in pursuit to become a collegiate strength and conditioning coach.

Football was a huge part of my life and still is to this day. It truly has made me the man I am today. I started playing when I was six years old and from the first time I stepped on the field, I knew this was something I never wanted to step away from. Originally I never wanted to go to college but the game I loved to play over the years took me somewhere I never thought I would be. It turns out, it was the best thing to happen to me. Football also helped me mature and learn valuable life lessons such as how to push through adversity, time management skills, and that it is the small steps in life that will take you longest way. As it is said about football "It is a game of inches". Well so is life. Football brought me to college and to this day my greatest achievement is graduating.

I completed my internship at Seton Hall University, a D1 school in South Orange, NJ about forty minutes from William Paterson. Being in the weight room with the athletes and helping them build on their craft in the most important part of the sport reassured me that this was not just going to be a career for me, but it is my calling. I take pride in making sure athletes are performing lifts with proper technique and pushing themselves because the weight room is not just to build strength but it is for injury prevention as well. It is my main objective is to make sure the athletes I work with are on the field competing and not in the training room for an injury that could've been avoided.

I now coach collegiate football at a Juco in Dodge City, Kansas. I coached the wide receivers (one of the positions I played most of my life) and then was switched to line backers to fill the need with a new staff being assembled. As I said about football teaching me about pushing through adversity, well I was forced to learn a new position I never played and expected to coach it to make my guys better at that position. This was a challenge I could rise above or backdown from but I chose to take this challenge head on! I also handle the punt unit on top of having the priviledge to be in charge of weight room oversight for the team. My next chapter in life is eventually obtaining my Ph.D. in physical therapy! For now I will continue to learn the ropes of being a collegiate football coach. Growing as a strength coach and building on my brand to eventually have my own facilty one day.
