For as long as I can remember, I have been enamored by fossils, the natural world, and the study of paleontology. Growing up in rural northeast Ohio, I spent much of my youth in museums and the outdoors. From childhood days spent crawling around limestone gravel driveways of Ohio collecting brachiopods, corals, and crinoids to collegiate years scouring the badlands of Wyoming collecting eusuchians, dinosaurs, and more crinoids, this lifelong passion has brought me innumerable experiences, joyful and knowledgeable to no end.I have followed this path, traveling across the United States, with numerous institutions and individuals guiding me and my pursuits along the way. From my volunteer work in the Vertebrate Paleontology Department of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History to a summer internship held at the Wyoming Dinosaur Center to the numerous projects that I have assisted with and led at the University of Wyoming, I have developed a broad set of experiences and skills, including laboratory preparation, collections management, fieldwork, data analysis, and education/outreach.
