I was born and raised in deep South Texas and first became interested in mathematics after attending a summer math camp at Texas State University.

Outside of math, I often participate in organized sports with friends and support my favorite sports teams: The Ohio State Buckeyes,  Houston Astros, and the Columbus Crew. I also love traveling around the world and listening to reggaeton and norteño. Another passion of mine is being involved in mentoring programs in math, especially for those in underrepresented groups.
