This is my current solo project which serves as practice and preparation for when the time comes to begin working on the production of my 'baby', Wrapped In Blue. (GDD at the end of this page.)
For this solo project I aim to assume all roles to further challenge and expand on the skills I've developed during my time at University.
This practice project in particular sees the player take on the role of a husband and wife amidst the event of a strange, persistent fog enveloping the area they live while bringing otherworldly horrors along with it. The player must use the two to advance the narrative and survive the event outside the supposed safety of their house.
So far I've begun the modelling of a retro character model in Blender which uses a similar polygon count of those seen in PS1 games during the later stages of it's lifecycle as well as creating an inventory system for the game.
As mentioned earlier, this is the GDD to the solo game project I aim to work on after this practice game.
